Completely unreliable and just awful…read more I made reservations well in advance for NYE 2014 to and from the party I was going to, and not only were they so late for the initial pickup that I had to schedule alternate transportation (once again, Uber proved to be far more reliable than a cab), they also completely flaked on picking me up after the party so I had to find another ride home afterwards as well. I was at the specified location 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time in both cases. For the ride home after the party, I got two missed calls from a restricted number over 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. (I was on the dance floor, of course.) So I had to guess that it was the cab company that had called. I called them back and was told the cab was coming around the corner. So I waited... and waited... and waited... and no cab. I tried calling them again and couldn't even reach anyone. Finally I had to flag down some friends to get a ride home with. Really disappointing. I was counting on having a safe ride home since I scheduled it well in advance, but apparently that isn't something they care about or honor.
