Didnt see it as a huge deal since my change would have been less then $25 I asked if they can make an exception since their machine was down and the "manager" who couldn't have been older then 17-18 years old couldn't even handle a conversation with me. My guess is they were in the back prepping, which I understand, but it was awkward. The service was efficient once they noticed, the bowl tasted great, and the fruit looked fresh. No complaints on that part. If the staff is going to spend time in the back, I think it would help to have a louder bell on the door so they know right away when a customer walks in.
