The request was made due to medical dietary restrictions preventing me from purchasing the 2-Day Pro Cleanse+ pack associated with the promotion. Sofia said okay great but if you want the tote bag and cooler bag you need to just place another order aside from what you already got so if you want it buy the 2-Day Pro Cleanse pack.
