So about 10 minutes after waiting I said excuse me I'm here for my order and asked if they did not see me, the younger lady starts hauling off at me about how busy they were and how she JUST bagged this order up but I literally watched her do it at least 7 minutes before that. And before I could get another word out she keeps going off at the mouth about how busy they are and how I could've just canceled the order if I didn't want to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But it's all good lol I asked a simple question. There was need for your employee to get that defensive. I understand it was busy, I also understand you acknowledge people when they are in your establishment no matter how "busy" you are. Almost 15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged once is CRAZY! Then these clowns have the audacity to give me a bad rating and say that I'm unprofessional.
