That's perfectly fine--I was in the mood for something to drink anyway. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The young woman working was friendly, welcoming, and made a great first impression. The young man, however, seemed like he was competing for Employee Most Likely to Ruin the Vibe. When my drinks were ready, instead of simply calling my order, he loudly said, "Hey, you with the glasses!" Then, when I asked about the cup sizes, I got a response along the lines of, "The medium large is the big one," delivered with a tone that basically translated to, "Didn't you read the sign?" It was my first visit, my friend--not an entrance exam. A little patience goes a long way. Now for the biggest issue: cleanliness. The entire place looked noticeably dusty. Not just a little "we've been busy today" dusty--I mean "someone should introduce this place to a feather duster" dusty. Every surface seemed to have a layer of it, and when you're preparing drinks, that's not exactly reassuring. It's hard to enjoy your beverage while wondering if today's secret ingredient is airborne dust. I also noticed there were no uniforms, no gloves, and no hats. While not every business has the same dress code, when you're preparing food or drinks, customers expect a clean, professional appearance. Presentation matters just as much as the product. As for the drinks? They were decent. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but unfortunately good drinks can't overcome poor cleanliness and an unfriendly attitude. I wanted to like this place because I enjoy supporting local businesses, but between the dusty environment and the unnecessary attitude, I don't see myself returning. Hopefully they invest in a little customer service training... and maybe a Swiffer.

I typically go to another location but this one is close to my work and was convenient to pass by. I'm tracking my macros and needed the Gladiator smoothie to hit my protein and keep my carbs low. Strawberry or Chocolate Gladiator smoothie from Smoothie King is usually my go to. So today, I ordered my smoothie through the app ahead of time, so I can make it to my appointment after work. I watched the girl making a smoothie as I get there and half of it ends up on the table. But she still puts the lid on and hands it to me. As I mentioned earlier, I'm tracking my macros and counting on that specific protein count. I asked her to make me another one because half of the protein blend ended up on the table. Considering that all my smoothie has is protein, water and ice. She kind of went back-and-forth about the difficulty of making just a water protein smoothie but then said she will remake it. Instead of just going ahead and making my smoothie, she put it at the end of the table, prioritizing other orders before mine. Now 20 mins later, as I'm now running late and of course, pretty irritated by this experience, I asked her if my smoothie was being made next. She indicated that another staff member was going to make it, a girl she was just whispering with on the side. The girl seemed very confused on how to get the contents from the blender into a cup. I don't understand the confusion if this is what you do on the ongoing basis. She then proceeded to go wash the blender, talk to new customers, who seem to be their friends, and walk to the back. At no point, walking my smoothie over to me. Clearly petty behavior. I had to ask their third member, who was not involved in these encounters, to please bring me my smoothie and he did. I am never returning here again. My strawberry smoothie is actually a vanilla and she gave it to me only 2/3 full. I get that the employees are young. But what ever happened to accountability and customer service????

We let the man know who served it that he ordered it in a cone not a bowl. The man snapped back rudely at my son saying "you ordered the bowl, I asked you 2 times ". I couldn't believe rude he was and called him out on how he spoke to my son. He continued arguing with my wife and I. We asked who the owner was, and he replied smugly, "I am". If this is how the owner treats his customers who are spending $80.04 on ice cream, he will not be in business for long. He either needs to humble himself or remove himself from direct contact with customers. I am shocked how rude an owner was. If the service is like this next time too, it will find another ice cream spot. I will say the young woman that worked with him today was super friendly and helpful. The place could use some tender loving care with cleanliness. The glass door and front windows needs to be wiped down from all the greasy hand prints, the floors need mopping done, the merchandising was sad to see with how candy and chips were displayed. The awkward waiting to order with no promotions or specials seemed off. The place has alot of potential and i guess the signage welcomed us more than what the inside had to offer. The table and chairs blocking the drinks could be setup better.

I also got a brownie boat, even though I usually don't care for brownies, they had a cookies and cream one so Duh I got that as well, yes, with ice cream and toppings galore. And also, some caramel sauce on the side, cause baby, I love me some caramel. It's a new shop they're still finding their niche, but so far they have snow cones, 28 flavors of ice cream and all the good toppings. They even have chili cheese Fritos if you catch them at the right time ;)
