So we purchased a house and the owner-agent hired who knows who to cleanup the engineered hardwood floors. The contractor must have grossly misunderstood as they mopped around a ton of stain on the floors. Needless to say it made a mess of everything and it appeared that a 6K+ floor replacement was necessary. Daniel from GTWF came highly recommend by our realtor. He took a careful assessment of the situation gave a fair bid to clean and restore the floors offering to do a test before progressing. Before placing our order, we requested several tile samples from the Floor & Decor website so we could see the options in our home. After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California.
