The instructors are friendly as well as work well with kids and groups of children. I think they also offer private lessons too. The court concrete is polished smooth and using a Selkirk type of ball with a power paddle, those balls are traveling fast! Took a bunch of plays to get use to the speed and bounce of the ball. The open play isn't divided to play levels so you can be in a high level or low level game randomly, can be intimidating for newbies. This place is definitely a good pay play place to try. The owner Leslie was very nice and helpful to get me started with signing the wavier and into playing.

As a coach, professionalism, patience, and encouragement are essential, particularly when working with players of different skill levels. Constructive feedback is always appreciated, but it should never come across as belittling or disrespectful. The overall atmosphere made the session uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. For an organization associated with a five-star property, I expected a much higher standard of customer service, professionalism, and respect toward participants. Over the years they've continually upgraded their equipment, improved the layout, and made changes that have only made the gym better. During COVID, they adapted quickly and made decisions with their members' health and safety in mind, which I really appreciated. The expanded women's locker room is a great addition, and I love that they've added an entire section of glute-building equipment along with cold plunges. The huge outdoor workout area is perfect, especially with the beautiful weather lately. The gym is thoughtfully organized into different sections, making it easy to focus on whatever muscle group you're training. One of my favorite perks is the recovery room. After a tough workout, I can use the Normatec compression boots or relax in the red light therapy beds to help with recovery. It really feels like a complete fitness experience. To top it all off, Coast Laundry and their wash-and-fold service are right next door, so I can get my laundry done while taking care of my health. It's incredibly convenient to knock out multiple errands in one trip. I truly love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that continues to invest in its members and improve year after year.

I tried to email the owner via the website but it wood not allow me to so. A separate issue is the horrible conditions on d the showers . The cleaning guys in the morning are awesome; however, managements needs to fix the shower heads and shower handles . How the hell are we supposed to work out ,shower and go to work from there when several showers are not working . I've been a member for about ten years but I am considering canceling my membership.
