The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service unless they seriously step up their quality and attention to detail.

Second, this company tried to hide the fact that they did not finish cleaning the home. They knew I was out of town and promised photos, but didn't send them. Then when they did they hid his bad it still was. I'm attaching a photo of their idea of maid perfection. Third, in trying to work out the unclean home they said they would clean it but created impossible conditions. I simply asked that they try to clean the shower pan, and I showed them a photo of it clean 12 months ago, but they wouldn't agree to complete the cleaning.

A total of 4 cleaning hours and I can tell you I'm very impressed with their work! May bathtub and toilet we're getting a little dirty but they made them look like new again! They left them white and pearly!! They organized my shampoos and conditioners, even wiped down my makeup drawers! Oh they even cleaned my rice cooker which is a seriously the cherry on top!!! However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done.
