We know that the medical world is a very challenging space to navigate as a patient. My wife didn't realize that she was out of network but reached out and made an appointment. Unlike any other doctor's office out there, they did not tell her she was out of network and gladly continued to make appointments for her. Later on, we found out through our insurance company that there were certain test performed that would have required authorization from our insurance (and would have made us aware sooner that we were out of network), but the office failed to reach out for approval and continued to see her and order more test regardless. Now, the latest is a $40 charge that's coming 6 MONTHS later for a visit that was 8 MONTHS ago. We had already asked multiple times for our card to be removed from our file and to bill us if anything was ever due, but they refused to do so. Their communication is horrendous, you can't get a hold of anyone except someone offshore handling their billing. They promise you calls back, but they never come. Stay away from this place at all costs!!
