Let's go over the quick summary: Location: Ventura- in a small shopping center inside Wax Me! salon Parking: ample Price: very affordable; and she even does permanent makeup! Expertise: this girl is certified and displays all of her certification, which I love! Ain't nobody got no time for going to YouTube trained folks who will snatch all your lashes and eyebrows out!
