I do not recommend this place. Poor quality work. Doesn't measure properly. Ruined multiple high end suit pants. Lady is very defensive when pointing out mistakes to have it done correctly. Wouldn't correct the areas that were done improperly. Went to another tailor who verified that this lady did a horrible job. The other tailor I went to did the best he could to fix the pants, but this lady did such a bad job and cut so much of the fabric off that he still couldn't make it better. So my multiple high end suit pants were ruined. I mentioned to this lady numerous times that they were very expensive suits and to do a good job, but she was so hasty and just wanted to get rid of me. Went here to get my prom dress fixed and she finished in two hours! Great service! Will definitely go again if I ever need to!

I don't know what's the issue with this place and owner but, she has a major attitude and it's ridiculously expensive. When I called first for alteration on two of my brand new suits, she told me to come anyway regardless. She will guarantee a good price and excellent services. When I got there she said differently. It will cost me close to $100 for both suit to be altered and she added, there's now way in earth that she can get it done within one day because she's "so busy". Such a waist of my time and BS. It seems that those who have had problems here have all had the same experience. I don't know if it's because she's busy (she should say so if she is) or just doesn't like the way some people look or talk, but the reviews are so varied, it makes me wonder if some of the positive reviews are not rigged. Judging from my experience here, I would not be surprised. The hack job she did on my piece of clothing (a tournament martial arts gi) was totally un-fixable and we had to purchase a new gi at an additional $200+ without a sincere apology or any discount. read more

I brought in a dress for a wedding and she was going to charge me $60 to get it hemmed 2 inches!! I'm sure she does great work, but it was a waste of my time coming up there for an estimate only to be told I'd be charged that much and it would take 2 weeks to have it done. read more

I had the best experience here with my swimsuit alterations. Susan explained to me that she had never altered swimsuit bottoms before, but told me she would do her best. When I came to pick it up, it was perfect, other than the fact that it was a bit too long from top to bottom still when I tried it on. I went back and asked if she would be able to do it again and that I was willing to pay her. She agreed and fixed it perfectly! She also didn't charge me for the second time which I was very thankful for. She is so sweet and seriously the nicest person ever. Perfect hemming of 3 pair of pants. I brought my granddaughter there to get her prom dress hemmed. But Susan let her try it on with her shoes and it didn't need to be hemmed. I came here because of the great yelp reviews but this place is way overpriced. My sister and I ordered similar dresses for a wedding and I already had my dress altered in Irvine for $34(they shortened the length of the dress). So I took my sister to this place in fullerton because it is the city she lives in. We walked in and we were greeted right away. My sister tried on the dress and the worker had pinned the places that needed alterations. We wanted to shorten the length of the dress and tighten the middle of the dress just a little...total was $115!!!!????? WTH! I bought my sisters dress online for $60 and I was not about to pay double the price of the dress to get it altered! Might as well just buy a new dress. I told the lady that I had my dress very similar to this dress and I was only charged $34 and she was acting all surprised by how cheap I got it for. In the end, I told her no that is way too much and she still charged us $20 for pinning the dress. We went somewhere else nearby and we paid $60 total which is much more reasonable! read more
