    Nikkei sampler
    Kevin N.

10/10 best sushi I have had in Brickell with great quality fish at a great price. Had an amazing date night here - food was spectacular and the service was even better. The staff are super nice and friendly. We ordered the Nikkei sampler, and received 15 nigiri pieces including seared salmon belly, tuna with Huancaina sauce and crunchy quinoa, shrimp with a delicious smoked roasted rocoto sauce, and hamachi garnished with minced red onions and a smoky pepper sauce. The fish was fresh and umami, all modifications to your classic nigiri improved the dish with a wonderful aromatic flavor. Rice was perfectly seasoned with sweet rice vinegar. Beautiful Japanese decor with a warm oak theme, we sat at the bar which felt like we were in Japan.

LOVE this place it's my go to sushi spot. The fish is so fresh and the cherry blossoms they have inside give the place a nice vibe. It's pretty casual though and the service can be slow at times depending when you go.

The crispy rice was fantastic and so were the rolls. The nigiri was incredibly fresh and tasted amazing, it's like it spent no time in transportation from the ocean to t table. I highly recommend this place. The service was great, the staff is super nice and were able to answer all my questions .

This wasnt just sushi - this was an experience. It was our first time here, and having lived a year and a half near it, we couldn't believe we hadnt come sooner. From the gyozas, to the nagiri, to the sushi's, there was nothing that could go wrong with this meal. Can't wait for our next time here!

Good price, good service, and delicious food. I recommend it.

Good price, good service, and delicious food. I recommend it. Lo recomiendo mucho en verdad que me sorprendió

I have lived in Florida my whole life, and tried many sushi places, and I can generally tell you from my whole heart that this is absolute best, to be in brickell. The prices are so affordable they always have great deals, but the most important part is at the sushi is always fresh and high-quality. I absolutely love this place. It is a weekly repeat. 10/10

$24 for this!? And Had to pay extra separately for soy sauce and wasabi. Way too expensive for the tiny roll.

I paid $24 for this. It wasn't bad but it really was not WOW especially for the price

Sushi club was absolutely delicious I've been looking for good sushi in Brickell for a while and this is the first one I've found that hit the spot. Everything was so fresh and beautifully prepared.

We had the Salmon Nikkei, Acevichado, and Miami rolls and they were all excellent, the cevice was delicious, and the crispy rice and gyozas were great appetizers.

Piola is quickly becoming my go to neighborhood spot for an Italian fix…read more I am obsessed with the meatballs and have gotten them every time I have come here. The chicken parm is quite good and a large portion. Can be shareable between 2-3 people. The service was pretty quick on a quietish weeknight.

It was a frozen concoction of fresh pineapple and strawberry juice with wine based liquor and it was divine. I usually stay away from frozen drinks out of fear of sugar concentrated juices, but the fresh juices made the drink such a delight. I was a happy camper knowing I had another one coming after my first one. They make wine based cocktails that aren't very far from the real deal, so it's a great way to find some favorite drinks without going down the liquor rabbit hole. I had the meatballs which came swimming in a tasty marinara with a side of crusty bread. The meatballs were seasoned just right and perfect to munch on with my drink and the red wine that came afterwards. I mopped up the sauce with the bread and have no regrets. The staff and management knew I was holding a book club meeting and gave us a beautiful partially enclosed space with a table to seat 10 people surrounded by shelves of wine that they sell. If you order a bottle and it's a red, they'll take it right off the shelf and open it for you. Sometimes they have a half off wine bottle promotion, so it's good to go and check out what they have going on! The manager Rebecca and her staff took great care of a rambunctious group of hungry and thirsty bookworms and made us feel very welcome. I can't wait to hold another meeting there as an excuse to return!

Lost Boys is one of my favorite local bars. I have been coming here for years so long overdue…read morereview. I have been watching the World Cup games here and it has been very fun. I want to say the staff waiting the tables, bar, and kitchen have done an amazing job always friendly even when at times the bar was fully packed they were all troopers and gave amazing service. The biggest thing for me was the overall energy and engagement from the staff. I'm naturally a pretty social and engaged person, especially when I'm sitting at a bar, and I made an effort to interact with the bartenders. I just didn't really feel that same engagement coming back. Nobody was necessarily rude or disrespectful--it just felt disconnected, and the energy was a little strange to me. I also didn't realize until I tried to pay that the bar doesn't accept cash. Maybe that was posted somewhere and I missed it, and once they told me, it wasn't a big deal. But little things like that, combined with the overall interaction, affected the experience. Another thing I didn't realize until receiving my check was that gratuity was already included. I wasn't verbally told about it, and I personally didn't see it disclosed anywhere beforehand. From my understanding, an automatic gratuity or service charge is required to be disclosed to the guest before the purchase, not something they should only discover when they receive the check. Maybe there was a notice somewhere that I missed, so I'm not saying there wasn't one, but I definitely wasn't aware of it. I think that's an important thing for guests to know upfront, especially because someone could easily add another tip without realizing gratuity was already included. Ironically, the one person I genuinely connected with and had a good conversation with was another guest at the bar, not a member of the staff. That interaction actually helped make my time there more enjoyable. For me, hospitality is about more than serving a drink. Especially when someone is clearly open, friendly, and trying to engage, that's an easy opportunity to create a connection and turn a first-time guest into someone who wants to come back. I felt like I gave plenty of opportunities for that interaction, but it just never really happened. I still had a good time because I can have a good time pretty much anywhere, and nothing happened that would make me say Lost Boys is a bad bar. It just didn't feel like the staff cared much about enhancing the experience beyond serving the drinks. So four stars because I respect what the place is and can see why it works as a neighborhood bar. It just didn't give me a reason to come back, and personally, I don't think I would.
