I love the sushi burritos and Thai tea with Boba. Possibly the only place to get a sushi burrito in Chico and it always turns out so well!

Happiest when I'm able to get boba if I'm craving it. Bit of an odd combo, burrito sushi AND boba but this place was there when I needed it. Thankfully it's pretty difficult to get Thai tea or boba wrong and these guys delivered what I expected. Shlurrrrrrp! The only thing that grossed me out was the fact that they hand you a raw straw meaning, it's not in a cover. They actually are touching it/holding it and hand it to you with the drink (I used the drive through). YUCK!! I ended up parking and running inside for a fresh straw. This was the only negative. The owner needs to invest in COVERED straws. I mean, hello?? Have you heard of Covid or the Flu?? Ick. Germ factor is HUGE. All though my boba tea was good, I would hesitate to revisit due to lack of awareness of germs. Wonder what happens (or doesn't) in the kitchen. read more

I always go to the drive- thru for a quick boba and/or sesame ball treat! Boba is delicious, a bit artificial and the boba itself isnt as chewy as it could be overall great for the price! Sesame balls are always steaming hot, and boba is as cheap as can be. The employees are always nice, and sometimes give you a sticker with your receipt. I absolutely love this place but if your looking for a bit higher quality, I recommend The Boba Stop in downtown chico. But this place is always cheap and delicious. Love the thai boba tea and the frozen lemonade! The frozen lemonade is better than six flags which says a lot!!! It's a strange spot because it was a dairy queen that was always busy and with the drive thru in the position it's in it always seems like there are no people there but more people should go!!! The salmon burrito is on point with the flavor combination and probably so far my favorite! The tempura is good but there's something in the salmon one that adds flavor - the wasabi sauce is amazing but the other pink one not my favorite.... actually could do without and just get two of the wasabi sauces! The gyoza is fresh and really good as well - will certainly go back and enjoy more food there!!! read more

Went here for boba. The worker was nice. The drink itself tasted good but it was mostly ice, very little liquid and it was loaded with sugar. The boba tapioca pearls were nasty. Tasted like it had been sitting for days. Would not return. read more

We ordered the number 105. Coconut milk Tea (Large) and number 90. Boba milk Tea (large)! By far our favorite flavors! Super delicious and milky. For food: we ordered the crazy shrimp roll and the golden California roll. They taste amazing! And this is coming from someone who is not a fan of fishy taste. Got the honeydew milk tea and it was way too sweet. It also tasted too artificial, wasn't a fan. I barely could get through the drink. Diamond in the Ruff as they say. You probably would drive right by it. Or at least I did a bunch of times before I read reviews leading me to try it; stopped there on Saturday around 3pm. It didn't look like anyone was there until i pulled around back to the drive-thru. I was 4th in line & ordered a Large Taro Milk Tea with a Philadelphia Roll. Okay, first off, this is the FRESHEST SUSHI I have had in a very long time. It tasted like everything was made to order as I was waiting. Honestly I was surprised just due to the outside décor. Drive through sushi who would have though to have found this gem in Chico. You can go inside the little hut or through the drive through to order from many choices of sushi, sushi burritos, snacks, and drinks. Who would have thought this place would be so dang good! I ordered the fried soft shell crab burrito and the sesame balls. This was hands down the best sushi burrito I have had yet! The wrap stays together even when eating it. The filling does not fall out. The crab mixture is so yummy and creamy. The vegetables add great texture. They serve with soy sauce, ginger, like a mayo sauce, and a wasabi sauce. All so yummy. Ask for extra sauce because it doesn't come with that much and it's really yummy. The sesame balls were also a 10/10. Come try this place it is great. read more

The service was very friendly, polite and well-spoken. I purchased the beef, chicken and tofu sushi burritos, and some boba sweet tea. All of the food was fresh and delicious, and seems very healthy for "fast" food. I didn't go inside, as I'd ordered online and picked up at the drive-thru window 25 minutes later, so I can't speak to the ambiance. But I can say that I am definitely going back, and soon! So the sweet and sour pork from here is a complete bust, unless you like sweet and sour hush puppies because that's really what they have. There's barely any meat inside these huge balls of dough. On top of that I found a dead bug on my spoon from them, so gross! Even the rice is overcooked and soggy. The only reason for me to ever go here again is for the boba. All this food was a complete waste of $30. And who puts lettuce in their sweet and sour plates? More soggy mess. read more

So excited about boba that I forgot to ask if they could make it less sweet...But I'm not gonna dock them for a mistake I made on my part. The pearls are good with a nice chew to them but not overkill. The prices went up for both the boba and the sushi burritos based off pictures of the old menu board. The sashimi burrito at $9.95 is not worth it imo. It's not that big and there's more veggies in it than fish. The taste is pretty good, the fish tasted fresh and the wasabi sauce they had was good. However the seaweed for the burrito was really soggy. Happy hour is 5-7. If you order a sushi burrito or a combo box you get a miso soup or sesame balls. The soup is pretty standard with seaweed and tofu, but was definitely way too salty. All in all, a decent meal. I'm gonna continue looking for a good sashimi place in Chico though. read more

Wow! I deem this place the best boba out of the entire city of Chico. It's so creamy and flavorful, it beats even some of the most Asian populated areas of Los Angeles. I ended up going here for two days straight and I probably would have returned for the third day if it wasn't for me having to come back to LA. The sushi is also very delicious and is quite cheap. I'm addicted to their spicy tuna roll. I guarantee that I will return here every time I visit Chico in the future. read more

It's a drive-thru sushi place with a kind of dingy exterior and a flickering sign out front, give it a skip- right? Wrong. This is my favorite sushi place in town. The price is amazing, you get a ton of sushi, and the sushi tastes like it's homemade. The sushi burritos are super filling, although I think they've been hit by the shrinkflation trend. My daughters and I have been here three times this summer on trips to Chico and highly recommend their drinks. My elder daughter goes to college in southern California and has strong opinions about boba milk tea, and she loves the boba here. I found the Thai iced tea perfect for me - sweet without going too far. My younger daughter has tried three smoothies: Green Apple, Mango-Passion Fruit, and her favorite is Mango. They always wear masks in the drive-thru, which I appreciate! Don't come when you're in a hurry because the drive-thru isn't fast, but for great drinks at great prices, this place is hard to beat. read more

I've been throwing up all night because of this place. Honestly this is the worst food I've ever had. This sushi is NOT FRESH. You can tell just by the smell. Right after I took it out of the bag I knew it was bad. But it doesn't stop there, the only thing I felt safe eating was the potato roll since it is fully cooked. NOPE, found a hair is it.. and I still got sick from that. utterly disgusted. Their miso tastes like straight water, and they use the cheapest wasabi and ginger... at least try alittle. Drive thru is suppose to be fast but it took a while to get our stuff. I can't speak upon allllll of the food here but the things I got weren't as good as I thought it would be. Not gonna lie, the drink made me go straight to the bathroom after drinking half of it.... lol. I highly think that it was too sweet for my taste, it was pretty strong. The popcorn chicken wasn't the actual popcorn chicken you see in other stores. it wasn't even shaped as popcorn chicken, this was a whole different new shape... And it didn't taste that delicious. Food is decent but why aren't they open for dine in !? Or at least if you order on line or by phone, you should be able to park and go inside to pick up your food. Instead you have to go to the drive through and get stuck behind all the cars waiting to order, making their line that much longer! Waited over 30 minutes for two drinks! This is just ridiculous. For sushi lovers like us...this place is definitely heaven on earth here in the middle of Chico town...Can't believe they're a fast food drive through place. Delicious food. I had the sashimi burrito and cream cheese rolls. So good. The price is reasonable. Went thru the drive through and it was speedy. Tasted very fresh. I also had a peach black tea. A bit pricey $3.25 for a small tea. It was very refreshing though. Will definitely be eating here again. Love the idea of a sushi burrito. Their menu has a wide variety of items also. Women working there were polite and friendly. I got a couple Sides of sauce. The first sauce was a wasabi mayo sauce. I just asked for the green sauce. It is super spicy but very flavorful. Not sure about the Boba hype for this place. When I drove in I thought the place was vacant. Dark windows Don in black. When you drive to the drive thru the inside looks like a storage area. The drive thru speaker is not great. And I have had better boba. I ordered a medium and got a regular for $4.43. The Taro boba has a funny taste and is gritty. While the girl at the window was very polite and friendly. This place can use a definite make over to make it more inviting. I love boba but will find someplace else to get it. Come on guys make your company more professional and approachable. I don't see myself going there ever again. To bad too. read more
