Today I visited this location for lunch and the service was terrible. I asked for a manager, and the young lady helping me just pointed at her shirt, which said manager on it. Her name is Elmar. She was not helpful at all and made me feel badly about ordering a lunch Poké bowl and a regular Poké bowl for my coworker and I while my coworker was still on the way she mentioned three times that the lunch Poké bowl could only be consumed on premises and I stated all three times that my coworker was on the way and will be having lunch with me. She passed by the table again and mentioned the same thing. I felt so uncomfortable that I canceled my order and left. If you want to have your dining experience ruined go to this place there is no proper management and clearly people get hired there without any customer service experience what an awful time. read more

After several recommendations I decided to give this spot a shot. We came on a Saturday for a late lunch. It was not too busy for dine in , but seemed to have lots of pick ups. This is a fusion restaurant with Asian and Hispanic dishes mixed. We decided to order a few things to try. On the lighter side we had an order of the edamame which were lights salted. Crab croquetas were delicious , you could actually taste crab and it was not greasy. Now this place was amazing the amount of choices you have and the fusion of tastes is incredible. When you walk in you don't think much of it its small you have seating inside and outside. when you walk in you are given a warm welcome very friendly atmosphere. What's up GonzoEats is back and shame to say not with a good one. Had the unfortunate of circumstances dealing with this restaurant after placing an order via Uber eats. This restaurant uses the food delivery app, but only as a place for ordering not for tracking of delivery. ETA was 4 PM to 4:20 PM the latest. After noticing that the order had not yet arrived, my wife called first in which she was instructed that the order was delivered and confirmed. We go outside to notice that there's no order at the door or any neighboring door. So I call back and ask again for an update on my delivery, and I am told to hold. After plenty of time on hold and multiple holds. I'm being told that they are trying to confirm with the driver after already being told that the order was confirmed and delivered, that they were waiting on a picture confirmation of delivery. If you guys are following, we all know no picture was taken, but here we go. After being told that this was made, the manager came on the phone, guaranteed that it was done, and that the driver was an amazing person. The driver was going to make sure that the delivery was made everybody keep in mind he had taken a picture also that nowadays, everyone has a ring in front of their doo. At no time did the driver's vehicle present itself nor the driver. another nugget every time someone comes with a delivery style appearance, my ring lets them know to drop the package off at the door that didn't go off either. I am on the phone with the manager as is the driver. I am being told that the driver is now at my front door as I walk outside. I see the driver and he proceeded to tell me that he did drop it off we're both on the phone with the manager and he is without a doubt certain that he dropped off the order and insist that the customer is wrong and that my neighbors stole my food. The manager goes on to tell me to make sure I checked the ring mind you it has already been checked since the delivery had to be made almost an hour after you called me. To bring this All home. It is a shame dealing with people who want to put the blame on the customer insinuate the customers lying, especially when an establishment that actually makes decent food because we have eaten here before we've gone to pick up and we've been there physically. So to deal with this kind of Attitude to say the least is not the best. Honestly, if I can leave this with a review lower than one I would and again the food of this establishment isn't bad but it looks like the level of service has tanked tremendously and I know I'm just one person, but the odds of me ordering from here again, Slim to zero. Like always, don't just take my word for it. You guys go try it out both physically and through ordering platforms but for me, it's a no go. read more

EASY FIVE STARS! My coworker told me how fantastic Sushi Runner is, so I immediately bookmarked it and planned to come here the following week! And they were right - it is fantastic! This place has over 60 specialized sushi rolls! I ordered the Caribbean, Volcano, and Kamikaze Roll using their 1+1=3 deal, and holy moly! These rolls were gigantic and tasted scrumptious! I placed my order for 7:00 pm, and they bagged it by 6:45 pm! Talk about getting orders done in advance! I actually saved the Caribbean Roll for lunch the next day since the other two rolls got me stuffed! I mentioned above that they have a 1+1=3 deal, which makes coming here a treat! If you buy two sushi rolls, you get the third one for free! You're practically saving $20 for ten pieces of high-quality sushi! This has been my favorite sushi takeout spot during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only are they very generous with their portions and eel sauce which is of extreme importance, their sushi rolls are always fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Its sometimes difficult to find good sushi rolls made from raw fish but sushi runner never fails to make the best rolls. I usually order the rainbow roll or any other roll that is made completely of raw fish and honestly I am always satisfied with my meal. All their cooked and tempura rolls are amazing, so if this is your first time ordering and you are not sure what to get, go for that. My favorite roll was definitely the Sapporo Roll. It was a perfect combination of the spicy crab on top with the crunch of the asparagus and shrimp tempura. The beef lo mein was very fresh and had lots of great variety of vegetables and a good amount of meat. The furai sandwich was pretty good not my favorite but good, I feel like something is missing and maybe it's a sauce to go with it. The tequenos were good a bit cold but had a good amount of cheese to them. The American dream was a pretty good roll too. Hands down my favorite sushi spot to date!! I've tried about 10 different rolls on their menu and each one has always fulfilled my weekly sushi cravings. My favorite one most definitely has to be the Angry Bird. It consists of smoked salmon, on top of shrimp tempura, avocado, cream cheese, tomatoes, sliced almonds, red tobiko, tempura flakes, percibían ají amarillo sauce, crispy onions, cilantro, with passion fruit sauce on top. What makes the roll, in my opinion, is the passion fruit sauce and the sliced almonds on top. I usually order mine with little cream cheese because I've noticed that the cream cheese sometimes overpowers the overall taste of the sushi roll but it's by far my favorite sushi I've ever had! read more

It was super easy ordering online...well guided and explained it even has the option for special instructions like sauce on the side. You order at the counter. Grab a menu, as there are no screens / billboards with food options and prices. They will give you a number and you wait at your table. My brother ordered the tempura lover, with a fried sushi roll with cooked salmon and oozes of cream cheese. The tempura is doughey and heavy, and was not served hot. I ordered the lowmein. It had a lot of meat which I appreciated. The noodles were cooked just right. The vegetables, however, clearly came out of a frozen bag. So sad. Minor strange thing- the server brought out the side dips several minutes for the drinks.... We were planning for a sushi date night for a few days, but wanted to find something new that would really allow to have a sushi feast. We came across Sushi Runner, and almost didn't order given the lower ratings we saw on Yelp. However, a picture is worth a thousand words and after reviewing the gallery we decided to go for it. A lot of reviews also praised the delivery service - which is very important in a quarantine! At first glance, the menu is pretty expensive. Single sushi rolls can go for $14 or more. The saving grace were the sushi lover combos, which were more reasonably priced at $18-$20 per combo. This is the way we would recommend ordering. We got three combos - three fish lover, orange lover, and eel lover. All three combos were excellent. Orange lover was an assortment of tempura salmon rolls and salmon sushi/sashimi. The eel lover was an eel roll and eel sushi. Three fish lover was a J.B. roll, salmon/tuna/white fish sushi and sashimi. All sushi combos were good and the eel / orange lover combos came with eel sauce (great added touch!!). The only complaints are that the tempura salmon roll was a little bit chewy, and the salmon overall was a bit on the chewy side. I think the next time we want a sushi only dinner, we'd definitely order from here again. However, we're curious to see how well Sushi Runner does with non-sushi items. read more

The delivery was fast and when it arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find it still warm. The Crab Rangoon was generously stuffed. The furai sandwich was so unique. It was crunchy and flavorful.
