I find that Sushi Shop advertising always makes me so hungry, but after I pick up sushi from them, I am always left disappointed.
Eating sushi from Sushi Shop over a fancier place is like eating a McDonald's hamburger over a Baton Rouge burger; it is okay, but it isn't great!
They definitely know how to roll, I can't deny that, as they are always held together well and none of the pieces are ever falling apart.
The food is lackluster. It is bland and doesn't taste fresh. (It doesn't taste old, just different.) For the price, it definitely isn't amazing; you would be better off going to any independently owned sushi shop around. read more
