Having an outstanding photographer was by far my biggest priority when wedding planning. I had extremely high standards when searching for a photographer, and after meeting with a few and browsing hundreds of online portfolios, I was starting to think that I would never find what I was looking for. I was looking for more than just a high quality photo, anyone can show up to the wedding with a DSLR and take good pictures. I wanted someone with talent, whose photos didn't just look "good" but blew me away. TALENT Like I said, this duo is more than just a couple of DSLRs. Anyone can point and shoot with a high quality camera, but these two are just oozing talent. PROFESSIONALISM My engagement shoot with Susie and Will at the Wetlands was truly like living in a dream. Even though the Wetlands is very far from where they are located, they took the time to drive there before the shoot to map out where we would take the pictures. Meaning that the day-of was a breeze, and all I had to do was have fun and take their fun and easy to follow direction. Example: I mentioned to them during our first meeting that I liked bridges, and the day of the engagement shoot they had several locations to shoot from bridges. I cannot begin to say how pleased I am w/ Susie and Will. We live in Ohio and opted to get pictures taken in Vegas when we were out there for vacation. Not knowing anyone out there, obviously I had to turn to the web to help me find someone to assist. After finding these two on Yelp, looking at their Google reviews and their site, I knew I had a front runner. Let's be serious though, I needed to consult the lady prior to booking but one look at their work and she was sold also. We could not have made a better choice. The communication up until our day was exceptional. Not knowing the area, Susie gave me a list of all places they had shot before and was informative about those she had not. This played a key role b/c they had not received a permit to the Valley of Fire and that is what we wanted to do. Well, they went and got permitted and w/in a couple months, that's where we were shooting. You can tell that these two absolutely love doing this. They feed off each other so well, their ideas are great, and you've already seen their work so there's no need to elaborate on that. My fiance is particular w/ some types of shots that she wanted and Susie and Will were very accommodating and did not disappoint. Finally after pictures are done, you obviously know you're going to play the waiting game. Well, w/ these two that game was not very long. 2.5 weeks after our pictures were taken, I received an email from Susie letting us know they were available.
