This was a spur of the moment dinner stop. Again, we were cheerfully greeted by the staff and seated immediately, and the inside is very tastefully decorated in a Mexican motif. Everything was extremely clean and well presented. I ended up getting the Birra burrito which came with rice and beans, and the food was extremely hot when it arrived, which is a good thing and very well presented The burrito weighs a ton packed with fresh ingredients and very good flavoring, actually one of the better burritos that I've ever had. Our waiter was very friendly, very helpful and explaining a couple different options and just a very nice gentleman. If you're in the area, we do highly recommend stopping in here. Came by on a weekday for a late lunch, so it wasn't too busy inside. We were seated quickly; our server was nothing but the kindest to us. Food was unfortunately very average. I went with the birria burrito, and I found the food to be a very healthy portion and affordable, but lacking flavor. I added some of the hot sauce, but I wish they provided some other sauce with the food. read more

We stopped by for a quick lunch, so glad we did! We were seated promptly. Our server was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The food was absolutely amazing, my husband's burrito was huge! The only thing I didn't care for was the salsa, that's just my opinion though. We all taste things differently! They have a new location. 165 dart dr unit b. This is across the street from the famous hot dog shop. New and very clean. Their menu has enough to offer .service was very friendly and orders came out fast. Flavor was very good. Today order was for takeout. When I got home I realized that one of the orders was wrong. Not a major mistake. Just disappointed. ( check your order before you leave) I still recommend this place. Parking is easy. And the place is convenient. read more

The inside was 80+ degrees and uncomfortable while trying to escape the outside summer heat. Ordered the carne asada platter. The steak was the equivalent of beef jerky. It was so tough that we could barely chew it. When asked if there were any substitute beans for the refried beans we were told there weren't. They put a few slices of cheese on top of the beans and stand a tortilla chip in it. The salad was lettuce and a few slices of tomatoes; no cheese, onions, carrots, or anything else. Once seated and waiting for food no one came to refill drinks. The staff stand at the counter and barely came around. They also give their fountain drinks in styrofoam cups which my kid accidentally put his finger through while picking it up. The pros: it was clean The cons: everything else. read more

Every time I visit the markets of Hanover, I enjoy sampling the little restaurants. Yet I always come back to Susie's Mexican Grill! The prices are great; the food is fantastic and quick! The staff is very friendly! They have your basic Mexican food restaurant items, Pepsi fountain products, bottled water, and other cans! I love this little place located in the Hanover markets. Susie is often working and takes great pride in her food! Ingredients are fresh, I've seen them at the local butcher getting supplies! She has options for any appetite. It's affordable, fresh and consistently delicious. She also offers several flavor homemade hot sauces. The hottest one, is hot too! Not watered down at all! This is a food stand in the Farmers Market in Hanover. I stopped in for lunch today for some tacos. The market has weird hours I think they are open Wednesday to Saturday. The tacos are really good! You get 3 per order. I had steak, chorizo and al pastor. All were really good. They are a traditional style so they are small. They give options for traditional toppings(cilantro and onion) or American(lettuce, tomato etc.). Stick to the traditional!!!! There should not be lettuce on a taco!! We tried this place via doordash. The tortilla chips and shrimp tacos were out of this world. The "big boy" burrito was HUGE! I also really enjoyed the chips & both guacamole and salsa. However, they did mess a few things up with our order. One burrito was chorizo and one steak, but they were both steak (not that anyone minded, it was still good.) They also just made two exact burrito meals, because the salsa was the same (neither green.) Even with the mess ups, we'll definitely return. read more
