I was in town for work and needed to do laundry. My hotel had a laundromat inside, but I didn't have soap and wanted to purchase some from a local laundromat. Susie's was on my way back to the hotel and I stopped inside after dinner one night to purchase a small detergent. I put my coins in and nothing came out. I called the number on the wall and a guy answered at 9 pm. I told him the machine ate my money and there was no attendant on site. He told me to come back the next day when he knew the attendant would be there and just let them know and they would refund me. I came in the next day morning close to 11 am and did that and got my money back. I will definitely do my laundry here next time I'm in town. read more

I have had to use this local laundry mat for the last two months. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept the machines are. There is always staff on site cleaning They have a variety of load size machines from 1 to 8. The majority of the machine use the app PayRange so no more scrambling for change. Just select tryout machine and pay... the app also lets you know how many minutes remain on your machine (great feature). This just your fancy schmancy place. Every time I come in the morning when Debra is there it's super clean. She is super professional and always working I never see her take a break omg they should give her a raise! I have been coming here every year for ten years on sundays. The staff is very friendly and the place is Clean I like the upgrades they did to the washing machines. My Complain is I wish they would do something about the front windows it sucks sitting There, when the Sun is out it is blinding. I wish they would put some type of tint on the windows. Have to wear sunglasses inside. But over all thank you good job. read more

Dryers just steal your money , had my cloth drying for 25 minutes and it all still came out wet

Our washer wasn't working so we used this business and it met our expectations. Clean environment with well kept machines.

I called to complain 3 times seperately about all the items of clothing missing after having our clothes washed. I was told there boss would contact me. I was not contacted. I am missing a Stevie nicks sweatshirt, a corset highwaisted black pants, tank tops, a David Bowie fan shirt, a purple Sweatshirt. I am really upset, I bought myself new clothes for the first time in a long time to have them stolen. read more

When I walked into this laundry I had to walk out the people that runs this place are so rude. The wash machine smelled like no one cleans them regularly and the cost to dry your clothes isn't worth it as you have run the dryers at least 3 times to get your clothes somewhat dry. This place has gone downhill since the new owners took over read more

I don't frequent laundramats often, but when I do, it's Washtime. Let's face it, for most of us, the laundramat is dreded last option. Also, I've had some really nasty laundramat experiences. Stuff that we don't want to wash at home (or can't) go to somebody elses machines. Washtime is, without doubt or hesitation, a good one. Been there several times with some pretty messy sleeping bags from camping, comforters and even some of my son's underwear with really nasty skidmarks. Each time I've been to Washtime has been a good experience. What I like about the place: * Washing machines and dryers have been in good working order and getting everything clean and dry. * Pricing is very reasonable. * The place is clean. * The attendant onsite has been pleasant. * The change machine has never short-changed me. * The TV even works! * Easy parking with its own private lot. * Good "safe feeling" location. My washer is too small to fit comforter and mink blankets so I used the great yelp app to find a local Laundromat while I was in Folsom. The place is very clean and didn't have that run down, worn out laundromat look to it. There are 8 oversize washers for the big loads and of course blankets (yay me). A dozen regular washers along with a dozen industrial washers, and one wall double stacked with industrial dryers. Cost for the big washers are $3 per load and a slightly bigger one was $4 per load. Dryers were .25 for 8 minutes. One blanket per dryer took me 3 quarters to get it fully dry. A Clean, efficient laundromat that gets my items clean without worrying about getting mugged. I did notice there was no sink like most laundromats have, however there is a bathroom with a sink. Not a bad place... read more

Just moved to Rancho Cordova snd this is the closest laundry to my place. The place is okay, their machines are by Unimar company and looks old but surprisingly they do pretty good job washing closes. Downside is that about 40% of the machines are out of order. I used love coming to this place do my laundry.because the place is always clean and friendly people work there.Now a days when we go do laundry in the evening when we need the restroom or have issue with the washer or dryer we have used.We cant find this lady that work in the evening. She is always hang out outside with her boyfriend while she is getting paid to watch this place and suppose to keep the place clean. She dont keep the place clean the trash can always overflow and the rest room is always dirty when is around. It will be nice if she keep the place clean like how the lady work during the morning does. I have been coming to this laundry for over 2 years now and I'm surprised I still do. The lady that usually works here is such a sourpuss. I come here when I'm short on time and money. Or else I'd drive all the way out to Folsom, the attendants there at least crack a smile. Well sometimes this place smells like stagnant water and it's unfortunate the large washers are working yet....I need to wash bedding *stat* there isn't much of a selection in large washers so I broke the loads into smaller; more expensive washers. Washing machine needed a new motherboard . So while waiting for it to be shipped from Korea (or it seemed that way considering the appliance repair guy shrugged and told me it'll be a while before it arrives) went to Washtime. Not a bad place. Attendant made frequent rounds making sure it was clean. Some of the machines were inoperative but there's plenty to choose from. I walked in and there were bars on the help desk window. The place smelled really bad and the clientele was a bit dirty. There were bugs on the floor so I left. I do not recommend this place. It's not worth the damage. read more
