I went in specifically for one tooth issue, and although there were other issues as well, he addressed my main concern and got to work right away. Extremely professional and down to earth. He is very straight forward and even gave me options and listened to me. I am recommending him to anyone and everyone I know. The only down side I have is the long wait in between appointments. I even asked Dr. Heise on my first visit if this was how he operated, his response was No. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking. They are very kind people very knowledgeable and very gentle. I can't speak to other reviews but the receptionist is awesome and has become a friend over the years, the hygienists are very friendly. I don't give praise easily to anyone they must earn it. This practice has done just that. My hope is that they outlive me because I feel that I will never find a replacement that can live up to the standards they have set.

I usually don't like to mention names, but one office was (that begins with gh and ends with osh) was particularly rude. I checked Yelp & after reading the reviews for this office I knew I could call this office for help. Sure enough, when I called and began explaining our dilemma, the sweat young Lady who answered said "come on over," asking only our location - as they were closing at 5pm. We drove an hour (each way) out of our way and they GAVE us a package of bands and wouldn't take any money for them! Actions speak so much louder than words, don't they? If I am ever asked who I would trust in this area with my children's or my own orthodontic needs I know what I will tell them & why. I saw I could trust these Good People at Susquehanna Orthodontics. I mean really "most of us in the US, when we hear of a child needing help of any kind immediately do whatever we can to help"...& I'll be honest, it does boggle my mind that such a small thing was Too much for ANY adult to help with...believe in Karma?
