As it was quite urgent, I reached out to Jake at Pacific Tree Care in Calistoga. After viewing photos he diverted a crew and came that same day and was able to Cable the canopy to prevent potential disaster. After very thorough inspection of the tree and noting it's vibrancy and robust growth, he proposed a very thorough plan for restoration but also discussed the reality of the tree care over the years. I decided to help/restore the tree. After about 6 full days of work they completely trimmed the canopy of this 100-ft oak, called the upper canopy and bolted through the trunk to secure and stabilize this beautiful Oak.
