Nothing world class about this business...had work done part was under warranty it failed within…read morethe km limit and time frame. Asked to have it replaced as 2 other shops confirmed it was indeed the part in question that was faulty. World class said no it was not the warranty part was now an oil leak lol ...just made that up on the fly no oil leak code no oil residue no evidence of such by other 2 shops either. Wtold class refused repair or warranty replacement of part. Got the work done by York Auto and is good now had kept part to return to world class for refund and told I could return it myself and get another part. no refund...run from this place don't walk. Emailed owner many times back and forth no care to resolve issue after paying thousands would not cover a warranty part for few hundred. very dishonest. Report to BBB. Cindy Connolly

WORLD CLASS TROUBLE…read more Here is my experience with WORLD CLASS AUTO in FREDERICTON: - I believe WORLD CLASS AUTO mislead me on the history of the vehicle to encourage me to purchase the used 2000 Chevy Tracker. The owner has not commented on numerous e-mails on this issue. - Problems showed up immediately (eg. no air conditioning) after purchase. - Driver's Seat ripped during repair. WORLD CLASS AUTO paid for repair - claimed it was normal wear. - Major repair to fix oil leak (among other things). Oil still leaked - WORLD CLASS AUTO refused to redo unless I paid significant amount for them to do the job correctly. - WORLD CLASS AUTO mislead me on warranty coverage for some parts used in this repair. - WORLD CLASS AUTO justified inaction by FALSELY accusing me of having "fraudulently obtained" a Motor Vehicle Inspection Sticker on the vehicle I traded in. They went "silent" on this allegation after learning the MVI was done by a very REPUTABLE Fredericton automobile dealership (Fairview Chrysler). FYI - We bought our other vehicle from Fairview Chrysler. The have ALWAYS treated us right including conducting a second repair after the warranty on the first repair had expired at NO COST to us because they said the initial repair SHOULD HAVE lasted longer than it did! - During last fall's safety inspection, WORLD CLASS AUTO performed costly but "incomplete repairs" to the rear end (rear outer axle bearings) likely resulting in additional damage to the rear end. Job - AND MORE - had to be redone less than 4 months later at twice the cost later by a different repair shop (Canadian Tire Oromocto). Canadian Tire mechanic said WORLD CLASS AUTO did not thoroughly diagnose problem (loud clunking noise before and after WORLD CLASS AUTO repair was only one obvious clue not checked properly). FYI - The mechanic at Canadian Tire Oromocto (Rob) FIXED the Tracker properly - no return/no complaints/no guff. - I expressed my dissatisfaction to WORLD CLASS AUTO roughly FOUR MONTHS ago. The owner FALSELY responded to my complaint accusing me of damaging the vehicle (getting stuck and spinning the wheels just before the Canadian Tire repair) and later ignored some of my e-mails. The owner also refused to call the Canadian Tire mechanic to get technical details of the repair (ie. he seemed unwilling to get the facts from a trained service person.) - WORLD CLASS AUTO's chief mechanic made himself UNAVAILABLE after agreeing to see me in response to his owner's written directive. Other mechanics (from a different company) who work in the same building made sarcastic comments about "world class service" noting the mechanic had just left. The owner condoned the mechanic's action. Maybe my experience is a fluke but I found dealing with the owner FRUSTRATING and UNHELPFUL. He has my $$ and I got UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE. He kept wanting to meet (in spite of making incorrect accusations and wondering what my problem was) while all I wanted was a refund and NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH WORLD CLASS TROUBLE!! I won't be back!

I purchased a vehicle from Steele Hyundai Fredericton in August 2022. While the sales process was…read moreacceptable, the after-sales service has been extremely poor and consistently unreliable. From the beginning, commitments were not respected. The vehicle was left for two weeks for inspection and cleaning, yet nothing was completed until the last minute, and it was returned in poor condition with dirt and food residue still inside. Winter tires were included in the deal, but after months of follow-ups, I was only offered used tires. Within the first month, several issues appeared. A noise and vibration were handled by simply removing a part and placing it in the trunk. More seriously, the driver's door opened on its own while driving on the highway. This major safety issue required numerous appointments, contradictory explanations, unnecessary referrals to another dealership that does not service Hyundai vehicles, and nearly nine months to resolve. In 2023, an engine oil leak occurred. The vehicle remained in the shop for weeks. Upon pickup, a rag was left in the engine bay, oil was present on the exterior and interior, and the leak was still active. I was later told the wrong component had been repaired, requiring another extended stay. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, and after the repair the battery was completely dead and had to be replaced shortly afterward. Following that work, a vibration developed through the brake and accelerator pedals. At one confirmed appointment, the vehicle was kept all day only for me to be told it was not the correct appointment date. In February 2026, I returned for the unresolved vibration, a coolant loss issue with no visible leak, and clear coat peeling. I was informed the clear coat was not covered because the paint itself was not peeling, and that diagnostics for the other issues would cost a minimum of $750 plus tax unless covered by the extended warranty -- without any clear explanation of what the warranty covered. I was effectively asked to accept the financial risk or leave. Communication throughout this experience was poor, scheduling was unreliable, and staff were often dismissive. Management acknowledged that constant staff turnover was an ongoing issue and unlikely to improve. After years of patience, lost workdays, and countless wasted hours, I cannot recommend this dealership. This review is shared to warn other customers and allow them to make an informed decision.
