Bad service, the timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress I had there. I drove there for about ONE hour to get a haircut with Michelle but she never showed up and I was told by the other stylist that Michelle texted my sister to cancel the appointment two days before the appointment time which was a total LIED. Because she didn't want to admit that she forgot the appointment with me. This business doesn't know how to pay respect to customers' time and effort. No wonder why they didn't have any customers when I got there. Please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and have an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

But she didn't show up for 10 mins so, we asked if we could reach Michelle out because we have another place to go after. So, that lady went out to make a phone call and came back saying that Michelle texted and left a voicemail to me yesterday that she cancelled my appointment. I showed my phone to the lady that I didn't get any text or voicemail. She only said I'm sorry and resumed her work. It was a huge lie and I was so upset with that. We drove 30 mins there and waited for nothing. Now I have to go to the gathering without having a haircut. We would have kept waiting longer and wasted more time if we didn't ask where she was at. Valerie performed a reapplication service with my weft hair extensions, she ensured every bead and thread was meticulous, whilst taking my fine hair type/texture into consideration for technique. It is difficult to find a stylist who will go the extra mile and research new methods of application that specifically curate to your hair type making it comfortable and pain-free on the scalp. Additionally she did my tape-in extensions in the front to fill any empty space, specifically placing each tape to customize the dimension of the color making it an even richer brunette.
