A friend recommended Suzanne at this Hair Cuttery so I made an appointment- WHAT A GREAT salon! First of all, the energy here is amazing! Suzanne was warm, friendly and attentive. She asked me what I wanted to do since it was my first time there, and I explained that I wasn't really sure! I told her I wanted to give her an opportunity to do "her thing". She asked me some questions and proceeded to mix up my "root" color. While there, I met her coworker, Roman- an amazing young man! He was friendly, kind, engaging and very animated! I couldn't help but notice how everyone in the salon shared responsibilities and helped each other out with tasks around the shop. The atmosphere of the team that works at this location is one of support and cooperation. It's really nice to find a place where I can relax and feel so much positive energy from the entire staff. The location is appealing because there's ample parking next door at Publix. The salon is spacious so clients don't feel crowded. The space is clean and comfortable! My haircut was terrific and the color was awesome. Suzanne is a great multitasker and was able to work on another person's cut while my color processed, but I never felt neglected! I would recommend all the stylists here, but especially Suzanne and Roman! I appreciated the price and that they didn't surprise me at the end of my appointment with a bunch of extra charges. Rude stylist. Unqualified staff. I was treated racially. The stylist discriminated me and being really rude when she talked to me. She is a Latin/black woman around 40-55, with mid curved dark hair. She acting like "frinedly" but what she did& said was contempt. I just asked her a pricing question but truns out she start laughing at me with a pity look like telling me how poor i am.. It's abuse. I pity this woman have to live in this way..don't know what made her such miserable soul..good luck for their boss who accepted her. read more

Me and my daughter came her to get her hair done. She's ten years old and wanted blonde hair with black tips, I'm familiar enough with hair to know I didn't want to bleach my daughters hair at home and risk damaging her hair. Well I wish I would have just done it myself. We spent NINE hours at this salon going through a bleach process only to end up with spotty and uneven horribly faded blue hair... my daughter cried. We weren't charged but honestly my daughters hair is completely fried and now requires severe deep condition treatments and a massively expensive color correction! I think the salon owes me money to fix what they did to her hair. I am absolutely heartbroken for my daughter and I do not recommend going here. Also one of the staff members was rather unprofessional and disrespectful to the stylist during the apt. Yelling at her in front of me and my daughter, taking personal calls, it was very awkward and uncomfortable. read more

NOW-- 1) They listen to what you want (ot want to try) so you have a very good back and forth conversation before anything is begun. oftentimes, another stylist will help with ideas so you feel confident that you're getting the very best effort as they try to create your vision... but with a natural and fresh style that fits you and your personality.... and you can re-create it at home! 2) The shop is very clean, well stocked and the attitude is just what you need as they are very professional, but laugh easily... and over many years & in many states, I have tried walk-in shops -- including other Hair Cuttery locations. in 99.9% there is an expectation of it being a one time in, and you will never go back. But this is not that Hait Cuttery. And deservedly so. High end hair salons are nice but are only as good as the hair stylist that are there and Brandon makes Hair Cuttery stand out as high end salon and not just another franchise hair cut place. While we did experience quick service at this 'salon' our female stylist forgot to even out my boyfriend's sideburns, and took his neckline an inch past where it normally sat. During the haircut I witnessed said hairstylist look into the mirror and make a small face, then correct the error. When you possess a license to cut hair, small details like this shouldn't happen.
