I asked for the information with code to be sent to my insurance but was told you didn't have that code.  I feel my insurance would have paid for some of the cost as it was an accident and do not feel your office help Rosette, was willing to comply.  Seriously what Dentist doesn't know what codes to use?  As time went on I feel this office is strictly too businesslike and all about the money and not so much the patient.  I would like to add that Jessica is one of your most caring workers and would like to give her that credit.  You continue to send me ratings so now you have it.

Now, all four top teeth have root canal issues, and the cost to fix this is over $20,000. On top of that, he used an intense light that left dark spots on my lips after drying the glue. It seems he did all this intentionally, with these problems only becoming apparent years later. I recorded all my visits and can provide proof if necessary. Dentist. Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. This behavior is unprofessional and immature. Dentist. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand. Despite their credentials, their behavior throughout my treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr Tau was awesome with my kids (no screaming or crying) and she is gentle (as a dentist can be) and uses words the kids can understand and not be scared of. I went to get a cavity filled by Dr. T yesterday, and he was great too! I have had many fillings in my life, but this is the first one where I can actually bite down normally after the Novocaine wore off. The staff is also wicked friendly. Highly recommended!!!

I recently missed an…read moreappt this year because I really couldn't make it due to work since I have been having a difficult time financially as a single mom trying to afford paying rent and food and etc and they told me that he has too many missed appts that's why they can't reschedule a new appt for him, to call in same-day and see if he can be booked that way. I asked if the missed appt were based off this year?? they told me it was since he started going to Happy Teeth dental. They apparently base all missed appts since your child first starts attending. I'm trying to see if I can transfer over to a different dentistry.
