Her prices are $$ on a scale of 1-5. The surprises come in the form of a wide array of Africa-inspired foods--built around Jollof (rice) to Omisagwe (Peanut Soup) to West African plantains to As Efo Tete (Yoruban "greens" which amusingly means "we have money still for fish")--and traditional foods grilled in the West African style. If you have never had cuisine from Central or West Africa, the content is not unlike what might happen if you crossed "southern" cuisine with Caribbean. For the adventurous, Camille's plates can be made spicy-to-order, which comes less like the Latin America "fire" created when you chomped down on a chili and in a more subtle manner (subtle but extended:) as the heat is established over time.
