My wife's skin was actually getting worse. Tamara sold her some very expensive product and hard-sell pressured her to buy more when she was still using the first batch. When it became apparent that the skin was not going to improve with that product, we tried to return the unopened batch and request something different. Not only would she not refund any of our money for the purchase we didn't even want in the first place, she blamed my wife for it not working! She refused to consider that the treatment might need to be modified. This is very poor business practice, very poor customer service, and she does not deserve to steal your hard-earned money the way she stole ours. My response to Tamara's response: your blatant mischaracterization of my message is consistent with your disrespectful treatment of my wife and does not surprise me in the least. I did not ask for money in exchange for changing a review. My beef with you is that you pressured my wife into buying something she didn't want and then you refused to allow her to return it for a refund. If you need more information to figure out which customer she was, that only proves that you have done this to others as well and is your common practice. What I said to you was that, if you were willing to reconsider allowing us to return the product for a refund, as you should have already done, I'd be willing to update the review accordingly. This is not a request of payment for a service. This is asking you to return the money you stole from us. I would report you to the better business bureau but it seems you are not a member.
