Just wanted to update my review! I've now gone twice to Kristin for Brazilian waxes and I must say - she's amazing. I had never had one prior to going to her, and was very scared/nervous. Kristin's warm personality makes you feel SO comfortable, even with your coochie out! LOL. She lets you know to take an ibuprofen about 30min before your appointment, and gives after care tips as well. The first time definitely was not "fun" as far as pain goes, but that's to be expected of course. The second time was SO much better! She did say the first is always the worst, and she was definitely right. Second time was much more painless and felt quicker as well. I'd definitely recommend going to Kristin if you're think of trying out a wax, or even if you already get waxed regularly, she is awesome!! read more

Kristin is absolutely amazing. My face always feels and looks so fresh and rejuvenated after I get a facial. I was having acne issues and my gf recommended her so I thought I'd give her a try. I haven't stopped coming since. My face looks and feels a lot better because of Kristin. She's very gentle when she's extracting pimples/blackheads, which I appreciate because I'm very sensitive. She is so kind and easy to talk to. We're together for 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the facial I get) so it's nice to be able to have a fun/lighthearted conversation. I come to Kristen for my waxing about once a month and she is the sweetest person. My schedule is super tight but she always manages to squeeze me in. Her rates are super competitive and I appreciate her attention to detail. Brazilians aren't always the most fun service but Kristen makes you feel comfortable and she is so easy to talk to. She does use a soft wax and strips - I know not everyone likes it but it works pretty well for me. I have yet to schedule a facial with her but seeing everyone's positive reviews, I definitely will some time soon.
