He was great about answering questions ahead of time and the process to pay the deposit and balance was a breeze - no issues there. We opted to have one shot per person lightly retouched. The first gallery with all the photos to choose from was laid out nicely. It included Mike's favorites, ones he thought the subject liked, and one that had all images. This really helped our indecisive teammates narrow things down. Once we had the first gallery back and one final image selected per person, Mike worked his magic to make us all look good. Final gallery was delivered within the time frame promised and everyone was very pleased with the final results.
