I was called problematic in there language for having them re polish my toe nails from them using old polish tht did not dry completely . My third visit and my gut says let me know from the start they either scared or discriminatory.............. I was told by Suzi I made Jen "mama " nervous when she did my pedicure while she waxed my chin because I let her know she was extremely rough around my real gold anklet. Expect them to give you $#*+ for choosing reg polish when they have a whole wall of it. Jen thinned out the polish top coated and it remained sticky for three days. She asked me to pick a polish I picked another pink they looked and poke at my nails and said I need a color close to what I have toats , she was obviously bothered they needed to be redone. They are very passive aggressive when I pointed at her rule of within three days, she said that's for acrylic........ and while I tried to relate to let he know hey Im a business owner, she waived her hands and she over talked me and said they wouldn't fix it any more. I advise black people to be cautious and aware. This is a service. I won't be back and I'll continue to tell everyone about this horrible experience . read more

I never have had such an awful experience dealing with a nail salon before. It's just nails. Right?? No. 3/10 nails are crooked. The acrylic doesn't even cover my whole natural nail sidewalls . My natural nails are still showing. Again the sidewalls. But also at the same time it looks as if I need a small fill in for about a week. And I just got them done only 2 days ago. There's chunks gone out of the acrylic on the edges. And when the MAN was painting my nails I had to ask him to please paint ALL the end tips bc he left them bald. He also got paint on the skin .left it .and also got acrylic on the skin also left it on there too. He didn't push back my cuticles nor did he cut the white dead cuticle skin off either. EACH nail on both hands are lumpy ,bumpy and cracked looking . Again only been 2 days since I got the full set done. I literally cried real tears to my husband when I got home. They charged me 35$ and I gave him a 5$ tip. So 40$ total. No gel ,short as heck , and square . Normal nails. Nothing special. I literally couldn't tell how gross they all were until he painted them , and of course I had already paid before he painted them. . I was BEYOND upset. And when drying my nails another lady came to the dryer ( pedicure) and I asked her what she thought of my jails and she looked at me and said " Girl, if I were you I would say something." I was too embarrassed to at the time .already had been there for an hour and half . And wanted to cry. All this for 40$ . And MIND YOU the place was almost full but I was the ONLY person getting a manicure /full set/nails. Every single person there was only pedicure not nails. And now I actually see why. And the lady at the dryer also told me she only gets pedicures at Suzies Nails and her nails done in Hoover ,AL. So.. that right there to me, spoke volumes. Never again Suzies Nail and spa in Hueytown , AL . You all got me this time. And one time is all you all are getting me with. This review is very honest and hopefully it will save someone this kind of experience, not to mention money. And they've only got one other review except for mine , and it's even for a pedicure as well. So I guess the pedicure is where it's at for this specific salon .Not manicures. read more

every single time i come here my nails get filed way to much basically in half my natural nail lifts off the skin and it's painful the guy i went to rushed and charged me almost 70 dollars for simple short nails and they barely switched supplies it just seemed so unsanitary and the fact i went there expecting to get good service but walked out with crooked barely pained nails and a nail filed in half!!! do not recommended whatsoever read more
