While pulling my eyelid up he allowed either to get into my eye, this burned something terrible. After he finished I was initially pleased with the look, but that quickly turned to disappointment when I started to feel as if the eye lash extensions were clumped together. One of my eyes also became very irritated. When I attempted to return to have the eyelashes cleaned up and the clumps removed, it was very difficult to get a call back. I decided to just drive over, unfortunately the gentleman was not there and I had to wait another day. On the day of the repair the same thing occurred, he got glue in my eyes. I got there and saw customer before getting tinted eyebrows and since mine are thin I thought I'd try it since it's my birthday weekend. It's $12 for waxing and $10 for tinting. She used a q-tip to dab wax in various places which instantly made me look with my phone. To this she said that they don't wax really before tinting. So to me I'm assuming I wouldn't be charged for the waxing. She tints them and fixes the width on one that I noticed even without my glasses on and it was done. She told me it would look better as I keep getting it done and to be careful how I wash my face. Checkout. $22 and I asked why am I being charged for waxing if they are fully waxed. She said the cleanup is still considered a wax. Okay. I don't love them. They aren't uniform. Yes they appear thicker but not what I had in mind nor look like what I looked at while waiting. This was my first time ever trying tinting and I'll probably try it again from somewhere else. The biggest thing though is when I got to the car to examine how we all do when we get this done. I noticed all the wax she left on my face. I had to use a receipt to get it off. That was just not acceptable.

I visited this place in October 2020 and had my hair braided. At first everything was going great until the end when she was dipping my braids ends into boiling hot water. I'm not sure what happened but all I heard was a pop and then felt hot water all over my left shoulder and back. I felt like I was on fire. She Chiquita was very apologetic about and even had aloe and cocoa butter to put on it. But at this point I just want to get out of there, I forget to mention she didn't have a cap nor towel around me while doing this. I tested her to see what kind of person she was by offering to pay for this offer service and guess what she to my money, go figure. I went to the doctor the next day because I was in so much pain and was told I have 2nd degree burns. I still have trouble with my shoulder and tried to reach her,Chiquita, 3days later to discuss my doctor bill and a partial refund for my hair but til this day she has not responded.

When I entered this establishment I was wowed the light fixtures, make-up station, wig counter, custom wig making area, clothing items offered, and waxing services offered. And let's not forget that it offers a hair on wheels service. The owner was a sweet girl that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She explained all of the services offered and gave a great description of her products. I didn't find out that she was the owner until my second visit when one of the employees informed me. I only gave 4 stars because one the products purchased (hair rods) were poorly made and broke easily. The store has a final sale policy, but I plan on going back to speak with her.
