I paid to have my hair shampooed, conditioned, and blow dried before having my hair braided. I have thick, natural (chemical free) hair. Some stylists don't know how to properly handle natural hair; they can be too rough. Kendra took her time to carefully detangle my hair. She worked from the ends to the roots.
