Email and text harassment from SVG Beavercreek's Vehicle Acquisitions Manager Less than 1 week after telling the salesman that I wanted no further contact from him, and after owning my vehicle only 13 months I was contacted on some made up pretense that they had a buyer for it and wanted to buy it back. This, of course, would also mean I would need to buy a new one. I was offended by the presumption of my lack of intelligence and wrote a specific email reply stating I was offended, that I wanted no further contact from the company, and that I would block all future emails from them. The next day I received a text referencing her original email and restating what she wanted. I literally requested no further contact TWICE and one to her specifically. and yet she sent me a text after ignoring my written requests for no further contact. I have zero ongoing business with this dealership. Since I have requested removing from all ongoing contact, this is now a spam text from the company likely violating the do not call laws. read more

T. Coleman I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at SVG Motors. The offer I was given verbally did not match the paperwork I was later asked to sign, and this created major issues that should never happen at a reputable dealership. I reached out to a finance manager to address the discrepancies, but even after our conversation, the problems still weren't resolved. Also delay of the payoff on my trade in, where my check that should had been returned to me in 3 to 5 business days. On top of that, my bank still has not received the payoff paperwork, which has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. And Extra money being taking out my account for a 2020 Ram truck that I traded in that should be paid off, it's been over 3 weeks since I traded my Truck in. This is something that should have been handled promptly, and the lack of follow-through from SVG Motors is unacceptable. I expected honesty, accuracy, and professionalism throughout this process, and instead I've been left dealing with avoidable mistakes and incomplete obligations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and follow-up for future customers. I tried to get this handle at the lowest level of management. After looking g for many weeks for a business van, we finally found what we were wanting from SVG in Beavercreek. We are not naive car buyers, and we went over this vehicle and test drove a good way before making the decision to buy. For a used vehicle, it checked out OK for us and our intended use. 7 weeks after the purchase, and not heavy use of the van, the starter went out and our local mechanic that we have used for 20+ years uncovered some other issues that were hidden/covered up... to him, on purpose. Going to cost us a few thousand more $ to replace and fix some things that SVG covered up or jury rigged. We do not recommend this business as we now know their practices are shady. read more

A few years back I bought 4 new tires from SVG Motors in Beavercreek. When they finished aligning the tires my steering wheel was no longer straight. The service manager did not want to fix it but the technician stepped in and took care of it. Fast forward to 2026, I now have to look at a Tire Pressure Monitoring error in my dash for the next several years. It turns out the battery in the valve stems are bad. I know SVG motors only buys the tires, but they must buy older tires and then sell them at a discount. I saved a few bucks back then but now I have to put up with that stupid error light on my dash because the price to replace the valve stem battery is almost as much as the tire. read more

We bought a car from SVG motors and 2 days after that it was broken and they would not cover the cost and then they gave us a rental car that had cigarettes in the back seat and smelled like them too after that it was over 25000 dollars for a heavily used broken junky car then a few months later we figured out they knew about a malfunction in the car that cost about another $1000 to fix it and every one there was rude and not helpful at all AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST NEVER GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT! read more

Wow, where do I begin? The basic facts are, they sold us an unsafe vehicle and broke the law by not disclosing major damage to the frame. We recently purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado from this location. The buying process was a little sketchy to begin with. They pushed a $3000 after market warranty, hard. We noticed what looked like a small oil leak and pointed it out. They said it is sold as is and to just wait a few days and take it somewhere to get fixed. We took it to a mechanic to get a once over after we bought it and they found massive damage to the frame. I'm talking a HOLE and a crack running nearly the length of the frame. We were told that the vehicle was not safe to drive, especially with our toddler in tow. If Ohio required safety inspections this truck would have failed. Oh and the minor oil leak was multiple significant leaks that had been half fixed. There was work done right next to the damaged frame, so they were 100% aware of the damage. Ohio does not have a lemon law for used vehicles, but it is illegal to sell a vehicle without disclosing known damage to the frame. Now I will say they did refund our money and take the truck back, but they 1000% intended to sell this vehicle for more than it was worth knowing full well that it was not fit for sale. They just got caught too quickly to blame it on the customer (as I have read in many other reviews). And, pretty much the moment the paperwork to return the truck was done they had already listed it for sale again. This time they at least disclosed the hole in the frame (none of the other damage). I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. Since starting this journey I have had people tell me so many horror stories about this dealership and company as a whole. The only positive I have for this encounter is that we did not have to pursue legal resources to get our money back, but I have heard many instances where that was not the case. 0/10 read more

I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT1 from SVG Motors on 8/16/23 from Ken Bailey, no issue with him. I drove out of the dealership parking lot, it was raining hard and the wiper blades flew off, that should have been my warning. Later on during that week, the tire pressure lights for both of the right side wheels came on, I was putting air in the tires multiple times a week at $2 a pop up until I had the car towed on 9/29/23, so about $40 gone.On 8/26/23, the car would not start, I got a jump, went to the store, came out 20 minutes later, and the battery was dead again, all of my frozen stuff melted, about $50.The battery was tested at Auto Zone, and the battery could not hold a charge, I had to buy a new battery, $111 spent. For the next few weeks, I was putting air in the tires every other day. I did contact Ken, he told me to bring the car in, they checked the tires and they assumed it was a bad tire sensor and I think I was told they replaced them. PSI lights cam back on. The week of 9/24/23, the indicator light showing "A/C is turning off" due to engine overheating came on at least two times that week.On 9/29/23, the car overheated and all the warning lights came on, the car was smoking. I had the was towed to the dealer about 7:30am, they were not open yet, but I did leave a VM to inform them why the car was there, I did not receive a call from them, so I called the about 10am, and I was told by a Chris, very rude guy, that he didn't call because he didn't know who's car it was or why it was there as if it didn't have a VIN# or plate, they have had the car since. My wife and I made multiple calls and no one answered the phone. The two or three times we did talk to someone, we were lied to about the status of the car or we were told some would call us back and they didn't. We were told the car would be ready on 10/11, 10/12, 10/13, it wasn't. So on 10/14, I went to the dealer to inquire about the car since nobody would get back with us. Ken happened to be out front as I was walking in, greeted me very respectfully like he always have. He walked me to the front desk, everyone behind there was kicked back watching tv as if they were at Rooster's, ken introduced me to Tony, and Ken said "This is Mr. Christon that I was telling you about, Tony gave me the side eye, kept looking at tv and did not greet me in any manner or introduce himself, so that pissed me off, so I started cussing, he jumped up like he wanted some action, he really didn't want that though, and threatened to call the police, since he was butthurt, he was trying to weaponize Beavercreek police against me because that is the threat that is used with people of color nowadays. He was standing there in a threatening manner and told me to get out of HIS store and that I wasn't a man for cussing at him, he was still very butthurt! He then tells me that I should have bought the extended warranty, as if that would have stopped the car from breaking down! Then Tony asked me what is being repaired on the car, i said"I don't know because nobody has called me back". Then I told him this car wasn't inspected when they took it in, he said it was, I said it couldn't have been due to all the issues. He then tells me that $2000 had been put into the car the named the brakes, air filter, and the muffler had been repaired, didn't sound like $2000 to me. So instead of trying to rectify the situation and give great customer service, he said"I take exception to you saying my service crew didn't work", I guess he thought that was going to change what I said, I didn't and I stand on that, he was butthurt again. So now he is telling me there is nothing he can do because the service team is not in on Saturdays. He said due to the union workers being on strike, they couldn't get parts, I told him that my son works at Carmax and they have no trouble getting Chevy parts for these same cars and I know that to be true because I'm friends with the guy that picks the parts in the warehouse in Moraine Ohio and my normal mechanic ALWAYS have the parts because NAPA carries them. So Tony continues to tell me he can't do anything until Monday and he would have the service manager give me a call, which he hadn't done in two weeks so why would I believe this now? I asked about a loaner car and he said "Not everyone gets a loaner car" with a rude tone, he was still PMS'ing about being cussed at. He also kept trying to talk over me, a real man would have let me talk, I'm using his crybaby ass logic. He just blew me off and went back to being unprofessional and watching tv. I told him that I would be expecting a call on Monday or I would be taking the next step. I leave snd go home and Tony sat and talked about me, I know this because my wife is friends with on of the ladies that work there, but I understand, his feelings were still hurt.
