Tummolo R.E. has no Marie Licensed with us. Yelp,Stephanie Meyer of Healy Rd Hartsdale, Greenburgh NY, told our Brokers they are from Virginia and they have no children. Stephanie & Thomas Meyer walked into our private Brokers Only showing during a weekday. The couple walked in uninvited without permission or representation or proof of funds from a bank. Our Real Estate Company requires appointments, proof of funds and a mortgage commitment from a bank to view our listings. Broker's showings are during the week only. The public open houses are only during the weekends, the public generally know this. Our Brokers were alone about to lock up and end our Brokers Only showing. The couple walk through the door, we asked the woman to sign in thinking she was a Broker. She signs in as Stephanie & Thomas Meyer. We realized she was not a Broker. No other information was provided. The couple were very aggressive with our Brokers and Stephanie Meyer said, "We are from Virginia." The man Thomas went in and out of the rooms alone without our permission. Our Brokers said to the couple, "This is a private showing for Brokers only," they were asked to leave the residence and call for an appointment. The couple replied yelling, "Negative comments about the neighborhood and the Edgemont School Dist., we will give you a bad review. "Stephanie & Thomas Meyer verbally subjected our Brokers with intimidating remarks. We said, "Leave the residence 3 times." We locked the doors and checked the home. Due to the harassment and aggressive behavior we experienced our Brokers want Business Owners, and Yelp to be aware this was a willful intrusion & harassment not a review, entering a home without authority. This led us to speak with the Greenburgh Police Dept. and the Legal Dept. at HGAR MLS. After researching the couple on a public search their real residence is 3 miles from the Brokers listing. They reside in the same town as Edgemont, Town of Greenburgh not Virginia. When a serious buyer has been through the necessary credit checks, verified and is represented by a Real Estate Broker this type of harassment can be avoided.
