So thankful for these wonderful folks. They are great for any animal supplies you need. Additionally, the onsite vet is filled with animal loving people. They were so amazing with our boy when he was having a rough week. They made him happy and even played on the floor with him to be sure he had a great experience!

Seems like this place is trying to get it together but needs work. Not sure I'd want my pets getting surgery here. Vaccines probably okay.

Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.

They wanted to do a 2000 maybe 3 surgery on him, same with another emergency vet, 3rd times the charm I took him into warr acres, because I'd been before and heard how they actually care for the pets there not just $$$ and to my knowledge... they did not perform the surgery. I'm not sure what they did, but I payed 600 dollars and they kept him for days until he was stable gave him back and I think it's been 2-3 years since then with no issues to basil at all. Idk what they did, if they had a heart and did the surgery or what happened but my baby has been alive and THRIVING ever since he was seen at warr acres.

Do you see that beautiful little baby girl in the photos? Her name was Katniss Everdeen…read more On November 27th-28th we noticed that she wasn't eating or going to the bathroom, but she was still drinking water. My wife and I decided that we would take her in to have her checked out on Saturday the 29th. Once we were seen and finished telling the vet what was going on, the first words out of his mouth were; Well, we close at noon today, so we'll see what we can do. Red Flag #1 My wife and I left, because I had to take her to work, he said he would let us know what they find out. About an hour later I get a call from an assistant saying that they would like to do x-rays, bloodwork, etc. I said; Do it. About another hour went by and I get a 2nd call from the assistant saying that the vet would like to speak to me. He starts speaking like her life is over and yet she was just fine walking around drinking water, she just wouldn't go to the bathroom or eat. He started saying that she has chronic kidney failure. He would like to have her brought in every day to have fluids injected under her skin, but didn't want to do anything else. #Red Flag #2 On Sunday she was still walking around on her own, drinking out of her water bowl, but still not eating or using the bathroom. I let him know this on Monday when I brought her in for her under the skin fluid injection. He didn't seem to care, he just wanted to pawn her off onto the assistants to do the fluid injection and left the room. He was in the room maybe 10 seconds. Red Flag #3 Before leaving I asked the assistant if she would ask him how long he wants to do these injections under the skin, he wouldn't even come into the room to talk, he just told her; everyday until she's better. Red Flag #4 Brought her in on Tuesday December 2nd for another under the skin fluid injection. Told him the same thing, except this time I told him that she wasn't eating, drinking or using the bathroom now. All his response was; force her to eat/drink. He didn't want to check on anything else. Red Flag #5 That night, she was so weak that she couldn't even stand, she would try to get up, then just flop over. She just sat there, still being the lovey cat she's always been as I would pet her. That night I slept on the floor with her. I was laying next to her as she took her last breath and passed away just after 2am on December 3rd 2025 which hurts even more, because that morning and same time just happen to be my birthday. After doing some research and talking to some other places we found out that there could've been more done and her life could've been saved, she could've lived for years and years, but he just wanted to give her fluids under the skin and get her out of the office. They said more could've been done and she would've lived a longer life, if the right care would've been issued the FIRST TIME! I should've taken her somewhere else. I wish I would've taken her somewhere else. If I had only known that this VET really only cared about money, then I would have, but now we know. Besides not eating or going to the bathroom a lot, she was still running around the house playful as could be, like always. Let this be your warning, not your heartbreak. I miss my little monkey, she was my little peeker. She loved to lick my face/fingers to let me know that she was ready to crawl into bed under the covers, she loved to sleep in the bed with me (us) at night, she loved to play with her oven mitts in the middle of the night, she loved to open the utensil drawers to sit inside them while we slept, she loved hopping all over plastic shopping bags to hide inside of them, like a pile of leaves. Her favorite spot laying in the cat tree basket is now empty. Her favorite spot on the couch is now empty. Her favorite spot on the kitchen table is now empty. Her favorite spot on the bed is now empty. A piece of us is now gone. It hurts even more now knowing more could've been done, he just didn't want too. Congratulations Veterinarian Wilkins. You've let another loving pet die, because you just didn't have time. There just wasn't enough money to be made on this one. Folks, let this be your warning, not your heartbreak. I miss my little baby girl and I wouldn't be, if I would've just paid attention to the red flags.

With each test and treatment plan they communicated with me and gave me multiple options. Being military I have moved a lot, pretty much every 3 or 4 years and have seen my fair share of vets and I can say that this is one of the best places... ever Their pricing is extremely reasonable and throughout the whole process they only ran the necessary test and gave me as many price deductions as possible. But most importantly they made sure that my baby was comfortable with everything and not in pain. They are absolutely amazing at communication and responded to every single one of my constant texts, emails or phone calls. The entire team is so invested in the care of my sweet baby even though they just met him. They even referred him to a higher care to ensure that he got the best possible option for surgery which speaks volumes because they could have just taken my money and risked him losing his life in surgery. I will absolutely be making them the primary vet for all of my animals and I am certain that they are in the best hands. It is worth the drive there. I want to especially thank Dr. Katherine Craft, Dr. Chelsey Rostykus and the entire staff of techs. One of the tech I believe it was Amy even sat outside with me on the sidewalk while my baby had a sun break and explained everything like three times and helped me understand what was going on. Countless others were there as I cried I don't know how many times and helped me decide on how best to extend the life of my baby. I am so grateful that I found them I would recommend them to anyone!

--Excessively Prolonged Wait Times--…read more They won't tell you, they won't warn you, they won't check on you, they won't apologize for keeping you in a waiting room for several hours. I came in late at night because of an emergency. I waited from 9PM to 4AM. That is 7 hours of waiting! Both my friend and I were getting bit by fleas or something in the waiting room. Also, they should have given us an estimate of time. Anything sort of update would have helped us to psychologically endure what felt like eternity. Things that could have made my wait a bit bearable: 1) Send someone every hour to reassure or at least comfort the customer. Even just a simple hello or hey how are you guys holding up. Literally, just the idea of human contact. 2) Let the customer know that there are snacks available in the vending machine. It took several hours before realizing this. 3) Let the customer know that there's either water or some coffee available. 4) Give the customer the option of leaving and coming back with no penalty or fees, especially if it they have to wait for many hours. Waiting in a Gray Painted room for hours and hours and hours begins to feel morbid and depressing. I started walking around and talking to others who had been waiting even longer. The couple in the room next door had fallen into a deep sleep on the hard floor from waiting so long. Heads up concerning payment: They do offer tap Pay. They charge about $135 for a walk in visiting fee. I suggest going elsewhere if you have an emergency at night. If you are you reading this, and you are a customer, and if you are already waiting in a waiting room just like I was... I'm very sorry. Good luck, and hopefully your pet is okay.
