The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We went on a wagon ride and saw all sorts neat animals and learned about them from the guide. We rented fishing poles ($5) and went fishing in the stocked pond. We played with young antelopes, found turtles, and hunted for frogs and snails. We jumped in a canoe and paddled around the small lake. Stand up boards, kayaks and peddle boats are also available (unfortunately the peddle boats were out of commission today). We played sand volleyball, badminton, shuffleboard and horse shoes. Face painting, bounce houses and snacks all available too. A few more games were up on the deck as well as ducklings to pet. A wonderful way to spend the day with the family. We'll definitely be back!

I've never hired a guide and I've had many friends talk about disappointing experiences. I'm bragging about these guys to all of my hunting buddies. They absolutely delivered! We got into tons of hogs each night. We shot 8 and we missed several, but that's our fault. Really cool dudes who know what they're doing and worked their butts off all 3 nights. These are NOT PENNED HUNTS. Longest stalk we pulled was 1200 yards. Totally recommend hunting with these guys. Can't wait to go back!

We had a very specific set of criteria: no high fences, all equipment provided, no sitting in a deer blind over a feeder--we wanted the mobility to actively stalk hogs. After some bad experiences with other hunting guides in the past, I was cautious and determined to find the right outfitter. I spent several days combing the internet and reaching out to hunting buddies, but came up short--until I discovered Texas Outdoor Outfitters. What set this experience apart wasn't just the hunt itself (which was exactly what we were looking for), but the chance to work with a father-and-son team who clearly love what they do. Their professionalism, knowledge, and down-to-earth attitude created an environment that made the hunt feel both exciting and safe.
