I came here for the first time to get a dress dry cleaned. The lady at the front desk is so sweet. I did wind up paying more than I expected for the dress to be cleaned but considering it has tassels and rhinestones the price was decent. She did warn me there was a chance the rhinestones and tassels might fall off but it came back in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

Not at all happy with my experience here. I bought a pair of pre owned white shoes for my wedding. I dropped them off at the beginning of July after noticing the sign in the window that said they clean shoes. I was told they would be ready in three weeks and I could pay when I picked them up. The next day I got a call saying they couldn't clean them until I had paid, no problem I went right in and paid and the woman working again told me it usually took all three weeks for them to be done. The price wasn't posted anywhere, but they charged me $39. Three days after the pickup date posted on my receipt I had still heard nothing so I called. The lady working told me that she didn't know who would have told me 3 weeks because it normally took 4-5 weeks. I was very unhappy, and she told me I could call every day to check to see if they were in. Week five rolls around and I stopped in the store. Again I was told they were not ready and it was normally six weeks til shoes would be ready, hadn't anyone mentioned shoes were shipped to Texas to be cleaned? Of course no one told me that. Today finally, six weeks after I dropped my shoes off, Swan Cleaners told me they were ready. I picked up my shoes and was dismayed to see they were not clean at all... the sweat stains still remained and now there were bits of dirt and box all over them too. I stopped in last week to find out that they changed store managers. The new manager was very bubbly and so sweet. The new manager looked at what I was dropping off and without me saying anything she told me what I had spilled on myself. She asked me when I wanted my clothes back? I said when can you have them done? She said when ever it is convenient for you. She was even able to convince me ( which is hard to do) to get their dry cleaning bags and sign up for the locker system. Now I do not have to worry or rush to get to Swans before they close because with the locker system I can drop off and pick up my dry cleaning 24/7. Not only is the locker system more convenient for me but I don't have to be around people and run the risk of taking Covid 19 to any of my elderly clients that I work with. read more

I have only been to Swan Cleaners once myself, but have been in a couple times while my friend drops his weekly bag of shirts and suits off. The lady who works there is SO,SO, nice! I brought in my boyfriends brand new white polo with weird looking stains all over it.. that's $80 bucks down the drain :( I told her I washed it have no idea what happened. At some point between when I put it in my washer and took it out, the shirt was destroyed. She asked me a bunch of questions to try to diagnose the poor polo's problems. Her diagnosis - Liquid Fabric Softener! Anyone who uses liquid fabric softener or the little pods you throw in - BE CAREFUL - she sees a lot of stains from this and they don't come out! The turn around time was really fast on the shirt, it was finished same day even though she estimated 2. The stain is almost gone... barely visible but she told me that it's not going to come out all the way. This place is super close to my work, easy to get in and out of and friendly. I travel cross country on business and I needed some quick service. I looked up dry cleaners in the area that had same day service and found Swan. I went into the Dublin, OH location and I guess if they know you are in a hurry they charge $6.99 per piece for same day and a .40 cent additional charge for same day (prices aren't posted). Needless to say I needed a fair amount done. I did protest the charge a bit and he kept trying to send me down the road. I had no time for that, because I had a meeting in 39 minutes. So, I bit the bullet and went along with it anyway. When I got them back later that day, my dress shirt had all shrank and they did not completely iron out the wrinkles in my shirt (just think about what a dress shirt looks like after going through the washer and dryer at home). That is exactly what happened. Now I am out $75 dollars, which should of only cost me about $30 dollars, and I have 7 ruined shirts and week left on my business trip. Thanks Swan Cleaners. read more

I am really surprised that Swan is still in business. They're extremely expensive compared to other dry cleaner, and the service is not that good. For my last pickup, I had to wait 15 minutes since there is only ONE employee and an customer with a large order before me. And instead of putting all garments on one check, Swan's way is putting 2-3 garments on one check, so the girl had to generate 5-6 checks when all is said and done, which takes a lot longer. Anyway, I think they're very expensive and the service is mediocre. read more
