Two days later Alan's wife, Maria, and her crew, Lucy & Milene, spent 7 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Keep in mind that the house had no furniture in it. They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. They even found and cleaned a ton of dog hair from the dishwasher drain. The master bedroom closet wire shelves had black caked on grime, when they were finished cleaning they looked new again. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs.
