That said, the pastries overall were a little on the dry side and didn't really stand out compared to other bakeries in the area. The selection also felt somewhat limited, so if you're looking for a wide variety, this might not be your spot. The flavor was exactly what you would expect a mocha to be like but a hit smoother. I don't know what makes it "Copper Mountain", but I would get it again. The biscotti was good, it was made somewhere else and delivered in the package. I did not go inside so I am not sure what it is like there. I did see a couple of people go in and leave before I go up to the window, so maybe I should have gone inside.

My sister and I came inside the shop and got in line behind two women who were already ordering. Once they were done, one of the women says, "sorry we're all together." She was referring to the three other women who came in behind us and wanted us to let them go ahead of us. I couldn't believe someone would ask two people to step back while the FIVE of them ordered. The three friends were kind enough to decline. My sister and I approach and the young woman at the window takes our order and then the situation declines from there. It should have been a simple matter of paying but the woman ignored my outstretched hand with my card multiple times. She kept going to the drive-up window. She forgot what we ordered at one point (probably because she was all over the place rather than finishing our order). She never looked us in the eye. Finally she starts reading off our order and it includes the drinks and food of the two women that were ahead of us. When we correct her she then looks at us and says, "oh, you've never been here." (Not true. Was in a few days earlier and the same girl waited on me.) Meanwhile my drink has been sitting on the counter this whole time. She finally gets it all straightened out and while processing our payment then starts asking random personal question, again, never looking me in the eye. All in all, very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I gave it a shot (no pun intended), but there are better places in town in my opinion.
