It can get pricey, but I've found it's definitely worth it, with a GPS image of the route and a snapshot from the walk. This sounds silly, but the images they send are often like professional pet portraits and it gives me peace of mind while I'm traveling. One of them is currently the background on my phone. They also do nice holiday perks, like a Thanksgiving turkey meal or pictures of your dog with the Grinch (who's a very committed staff member in a full blown costume). I get the sense that the folks who work here are good people who love dogs and have a solid sense of humor. Whenever they arrive, my pup jumps up to say, "Hi" and gladly hops along into the car. TLDR - I always feel confident sending my dog here, and I appreciate how they take such good care of my sweet girl.

Often times, I would just carry him, since he was a pomeranian and small. (Definitely helped while I shopped and carried his cold raw food ) Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Each time I've moved, I've traveled just to get food/treats from Julz. My newer pup even loves the place! He gets to come in and sniff all the cool dehydrated treats at doggy level!! There were a variety of flavors of the different cakes, in addition to the other dog treats like ice cream, cookies, and standard biscuits and such. If you're in the area with your dog, visit Myken's to stock up on the many treats available here. Just know they do not carry dog food or have a wide selection on individual grain-free treats. We mostly frequent the Monroe store and have been to the (much smaller) Redmond Ridge store a few times, but this was the first time we tried the Everett location. This is a relatively new Evereett location, Sam's having moved here from a previous location in Everett that had been open several years. This is the old Trader Joe's space in Everett, and it works well for Sam's. It's also Sam's largest location. The selection is impressive, and the quality and range of items carried are perfect. They have some hard-to-find superb pet food brands, as well as others that are a step up from grocery store food but not on that top tier. This is intentional. I know because Sam told me they want to ensure everyone can feed, entertain, and care for their pets regardless of their means. (Did you know they distribute any returned food to food banks and that you can return food if your pet does not like it.) So, yes, I had the pleasure of finally meeting the Sam (Sam Wirsching) behind the name. If you've ever seen Sam's flyers for Santa photos for your pets at Christmas, Sam is Santa (and a perfect-looking one at that). He was extremely humble, friendly, and exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. I was impressed, and it made our family's loyalty to this place increase. Sam's isn't fancy, but it carries top-tier brands. Think of it as a much larger Mud Bay without any pretentiousness. And it has great customer service, even offering free delivery of orders. We love Sam's Cats & Dogs Naturally. Though we will continue to primarily frequent the Monroe store, we would frequent this location if it was the one closest to us. All three locations are great.

We couldn't fathom the idea of our dog staying locked up in a kennel all day, and like a previous reviewer we were lucky enough to find Joe through a recommendation of another boarding facility. He is truly a dog lover and it shows. He spends time with the dogs like they're family - exactly what any dog owner would hope for when they're away. His place is beautiful, peaceful and honestly a dog heaven. It's the total opposite of a traditional kennel where the dogs look like they're so bored they're going crazy. We drive about an hour away to take our pup here and would not even think about going anywhere else.

We are so glad we took their recommendation because Joe, the owner of the facility, was absolutely phenomenal. It is situated on a large property and our dog was able to run and play every day (weather permitting), and at night she was in a warm and cozy kennel with other dogs. Joe also texted us letting us know he took our pup on a one-on-one walk down by the river so she could warm up to him! He sent us several pictures of our dog while we were away and we were so relieved that she was being taking care of by a caring individual who simply loves dogs. The hours are great and Joe charges per over-night, so we were able to pick up our pup at 7:30 at night as soon as we flew in without having to pay an extra fee. We are so glad that we now have a go-to place for boarding when we have to be away.

We just took our dogs to the new location for Ash Way Pet Spa in Everett, near the Hobby Lobby…read more The new location is very convenient, and we were able to have both of our dogs groomed at the same time which greatly reduced the overall time it takes for them to be groomed. Ash Way Pet Spa is the first out of many different groomers that my dogs actually wag their tales when we go there and they seem to really enjoy going to be groomed. They do a great job every time, and it is easy to see they really love dogs which is probably the primary reason our dogs love to go there.
