Today I took the Aussie for a clean up, and when I got there to pick her up she was SO HAPPY. Anytime I've taken her to other groomers, I've never been greeted by her like this. She was so happy and just seemed to be at home and comfortable. She's so soft, smells incredible, her haircut is perfect. She's beautiful It makes me feel so good knowing how well everyone at Posh takes care of my babies.

I brought my Morkie in, for what I suspected was a possible ear infection, thankfully it wasn't. I told the assistant, I didn't feel confident when cleaning his ears. I always feel that I'm going to hurt him. She took the time to explain the setup and supplies I would need, then Dr.George walked me through the process and so forth. I know something so simple, but I walked out that morning feeling more informed and confident about caring for my little one. To the assistant, sorry I forgot your name but YOU WERE AMAZING! Recently, my littlest cat was acting very weird and stopped eating over a period of a few days. I thought it might be because of the heat wave we were having at the time, but when she got increasingly lethargic and started hiding, I got worried and called Chuckanut Valley. They got us right in! After quite a bit of poking and prodding, not to mention a full panel of tests, it was determined that my cat was likely just hot. It was a pretty expensive diagnosis, but I was relieved it wasn't something worse. The doctors and staff here are always so loving and kind. And while their prices are definitely premium (aren't all vets?) I do appreciate they have prescription meds on hand when I need them for my pets, and offer discounts if you offer full diagnostic panels. I am so happy to have found them!

They may hate to be groomed, but loved the playtime with her dogs while they were there. Alicia has closed her business and moved out of state per her relationship and someone else has moved into her spot and it now has a different name. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BUSINESS AND SHE DIDN'T TRAIN ALICIA. I haven't gone there but I've talked to her myself and didn't get that same caring feeling that I'm use to I also haven't heard good things about her in particular. She looks like she's cashing in on Alicia's old clients. It'll be hard to find a groomer that will drive to your house to shave your physically challenged cat's belly or who will cry when your old dog passes because she truly loved him. Where ever and if she ever opens a new salon in her new home, they will be truly lucky.

My yorkie was there for 4 hours and I had a very bad feeling. Long story short, when I picked her up noone told me they hurt her. After we got home, we realized her eye was cut as well as her ear. We wound up at the animal emergency clinic. Addicted to Pets didn't acknowledge my voice message, and was not honest when I visited her in person. All I asked for was half of the emergency visit bill, which she has not paid, This has been a horrendous experience and I do NOT recommend Addicted to Pets on Camano.

Because our tour didn't start till the afternoon, we decided to board our dogs at Kori's overnight instead of using the day care. They were very accommodating with food, bowls and bedding. They were only open the next day at 6am or 2 for pickup of the dogs, which made it hard to plan around. I made a call to them around 1 and explained I had made reservations for lunch with my family. They were very understanding and allowed me to pick them up early, which I greatly appreciated. The dogs seemed happy and well cared for. I will keep Kori's on my list to use again.

She loves it-I so appreciate feeling confident that she's in good hands, is well cared for and she's gonna come home exhausted from playing with the dogs and humans :) We've boarded her for short stays and also for stays over 2 weeks--since she doesnt have an 'off' switch for play (lab retriever-will play till she drops)--we got a call on one of the longer boarding stints to let us know they'd noticed she was dropping weight and asking if we'd let them increase her food at meals--which we did and were very grateful for the call. Each employee seems to genuinely love animals. I just read a review about a dog coming away with kennel cough--I would be bummed too, but, unfortunately---thats part of the risk of letting our dogs around each other/playing together. (I'd heard that kennel cough was going around on Whidbey Island). In this type of group play environment-unfortunately, it can happen. (Just like getting a cold for a human-I wouldnt blame the daycare or expect them to pay the doctor visit cost for that....though I would hope that if it were noticed that a dog was sick-they'd be isolated and owner called--which I believe is the policy at Kori's Muttley Crew). I talked with my vet, and he said its better to have a doggie day care/boarding facility thats indoor/outdoor--for better air quality and less likely to get sick--like Kori's has. For us, the risk for getting sick is worth it in order to get to group play and group sleep/snuggle the way they do here, due to the outgoing/people loving personality of our pup---she just would not do well at the other kennels where she would be isolated & anxious in a kennel run for most of the day/night. We are thankful for the military discount, and this place is 5star for socialized doggos.

I thought I'd give a little update review. I will state clearly - I'm about to tell you something…read morenot so great that I've accidentally done to Terry, the lady who works on my doodle. Do not do this. I don't do it on purpose. I will also preface this by saying that I am memory impaired along with a healthy dose of AuDHD. If you've never seen real adult adhd in action, the following would be an example. Two times (2!) I have completely forgotten my appointment. I don't recall whatever happened the first time but I sure remember the second as it just happened at his last appointment. Terry called me the night before my darling doggy's appointment to remind me. The literal night before... She was coming in special for my dog and another one. Now, please know that I have a minimum of five alarms set for just about anything I do. Every appointment, just everything...and even with this, I still mess things up. So, the next day, my husband and I take my parents out for brunch. They are both in their mid to late 80's and it was fun to be able to do this as we don't get to very often. My dog was supposed to be with Terry by noon. We go home and do whatever we did but that night it hits me....omg, I completely forgot about our appointment! I leave Terry a ridiculous phone message in the middle of the night begging forgiveness because seriously...TWICE! I value people's time and will offer to pay them even if we missed because it sucks to be stood up and lose out on the money one would have made...but I'm not so sure Terry will want to keep us as clients after this. She doesn't know I'm memory impaired and have a cool little side problem with time blindness. It's also not her problem, ya know? I sweat it all weekend. She gets back to me that following business day and doesn't fire us as clients. Honestly, probably because my doodleboy is very friendly, well behaved and Terry likes him. lol His owner just happens to be a memory-free nutjob at the other end of the leash! But I digress. She gets him scheduled back in and of course, he comes out cute and happy. Why do dogs love those groomer bandanas so much? I can hardly get Cooper out of his! He's not my first dog to love them either. So, now I am desperately hoping I can keep from forgetting again. Neither my memory nor my time blindness care about how important something may be. Everything is fair game but I will do my best to not repeat. In any case, Terry at Robin's gives me a consistently good result and my dog is always happy when I get him. I really appreciate her for this and also because of her patience with me, and I'll say so even if she never sees this.

X-rays were a must and luckily no blockage the doctor was so incredible she inspected Frank's booty and out came the longest sock I've ever seen. Luckily he lives to tell the tale...went back for a fecal test (as it is now Franks primary vet) and the turn around time results are stunning. Super friendly staff, informative. So well behaved, walking on a lease perfectly, and obeying a number of important commands. We've sent him back for off lease training and boarding with training brush ups. He's so happy once he arrives and you can tell he loves it here. The staff is so kind and really loves your dog as their own. We received photo updates of pup play dates and walks while we were away. They even sent home a Christmas gift for him. They go above and beyond. We'll never use anyone else knowing they take the best care of our boy!
