Recently wanted a window tint on my vehicle and started shopping around for the best deal in town. Although this business was cheaper by 30$ at a whopping price of 170$ish I was disappointed by the quality of window tint that was installed. Uneven front window cuts, scratches and bubbles were seen on all windows. To the untrained eye this may not be noticeable but to the rest this is glaring issue. Upon return to confront about the situation I received good customer service where they offered to fix my issues but I opted for a full refund. read more

After me having to go back four times to get it fixed its still not right. The tint doesn't go all the way to the front of the window so there's a crack, there's bubbles everywhere, and the tint is scratched all over the place. If I could give negative stars on this I would. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more

The experience I have had at Swanny's Window tint is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced, that lead to court. Took my car in there in October of 2015 to have a clear bra applied. When I got my car back, my side mirrors and headlights were done uneven, along with the front bumper having bubbles (some which wouldnt cure), dirt spots, & scratches from when they applied it. Blaming me for bringing a dirty car to them & saying it is hard to hand install clear bra onto a vehicle without cutting into the car with the razor blade. After I confronted them about how they screwed up my car they agreed to redo my side mirrors, headlights & my bumper. I went back and left my car with them for two days. They ended up fixing the headlights and side mirrors, but because it was cold they didn't want to redo the front bumper. Decided to wait till spring/summer, they also grated me a free detail for the troubles. Arranged with them to drop my car off in June 2016, at the time I also asked if they could redo the side mirrors again as they didn't cure properly due it being cold. I had to call to see if my car was ready. When I went to go pick up my car, I noticed right off that they didnt redo my front bumper, & the side mirrors had deep scratches into the paint and worse than before. All they had were excuses, didn't believe the bumper needed to be redo done, because they thought it was a good job. Gary and Terry complained with beers in hand that my 2013 car is an old car & already had damages so it doesn't matter that the clear bra has scratches and dirt underneath, its not for looks. Also stated that my car was a pig pen when they did the detail. They could not see the problem with they fact the damaged my car, and refused to give me a refund or pay for the repairs. This ended up being settled in court with me receiving my refund, the money to pay for the repairs on my car as well as other expenses. read more
