I really have very little experience shopping at TJ Maxx but I must say I was impressed after my first visit to this location - the luggage department is on the immediate right when entering the store, I was happy to see they had a pretty good selection of luggage featuring a number of name brands with a wide range of pricing to fit every budget. I was looking for a quality wheeled 20" carry-on to replace a bag that was damaged beyond repair during my travel to the area to the point it wasn't going to make my return trip home. I found the checkout process a little strange with one line to access all the registers but it moved quickly and appears to be efficient - the customer service was exceptional and I left the store feeling I got a great product for a great price and that all one can really ask...

They also gave me a hard time for not having the receipt even though I told them that they can easily access my purchase information in their computer. Bottom line: Go to Hudson and see Jim. I found this store several years ago and one of the things I really like about it is they always have a great sale and they also have plenty of options in the size that I like to wear. So that makes us a great spot for me to shop. They have great clothes that are always high-quality because I buy them on sale. I always get them in a great price and they carry the brands that I like. It's also convenient because it's right across the street from a hotel that I stay at frequently.
