Went to look for a formal dress and found one only to be told I had to pay $50 just to try on. If I bought it the money would go toward purchase and if anything in the store. I walked out immediately. I have to pay to try on and they pay for a dress. I will never go back there again. How arrogant of this store to think they are doing me a service. what the hell!!! Nice clothing for special, very and extra special occassions, nice events. The staff said hello, but were more distant in their approach; older lady encountered. (Nothing against her, just my experience). The 3 $$$'s are true to fact pertaining to the price-point. I really think it's a place you have to come into to get and see the experience. My Daughter Grace found a beautiful prom dress at Ino's. We were pleasantly surprised with their selection of dresses (she tried on 20 different dresses!) The entire staff helped Grace find the perfect dress with no pressure. Her dress needed a few minor alterations which they did in-house so we had her dress in no time! Called first to see if they had plus sizes in evening gowns. The woman on the phone was very nice and said for me to come in because they had lots to choose from (coming in from Canton). Got there this afternoon and the front door was propped open, a clue that it was hot inside. It was 80 degrees outside. The sales person behind the counter had NO MASK on. HELLO...THERE IS A GLOBAL PANDEMIC GOING ON. The other woman who was working the floor had a mask on but only when she was talking. Anyway, they had a very low and very poor selection of plus size gowns. I was done looking in a few minutes. The woman working the floor had zero interest in helping me or apologizing for low inventory. Huge waste of my time in a hot store with workers with no masks. Dillard's up the street had a great selection of dresses, and half the price. Ino's should bite the bullet and close up. Their glory days are over. read more

Nancy and Pari are the absolute best! They will find you things in the store that you've missed because there are so many beautiful things. Definitely one of a kind service that is hard to find these days. Their jewelry department is also incredible. Handmade and you can have them altered if necessary. I want to talk about my customer experience at Ino's Fashions on W. Market St. in Fairlawn. I bought a rather expensive dress for my daughter's wedding that she recently had to cancel because of Covid. All the tags are intact, including an obvious white one on the outside of the dress, so it is evident that I never wore it. Since they are a small business and likely struggling because of the pandemic, I requested a store credit upon return as opposed to a cash refund. This way neither one of us would experience a loss because of this unprecedented, devastating crisis that we are experiencing. Unbelievably, they refused to take back the dress or issue me a store credit. In the words of the sales clerk, Kathy "we are not in the business of guaranteeing weddings!" The owner, Kareem, refused to even respond to my phone calls. Can you imagine working for someone that doesn't even respond to customers and has you do their "dirty work"? And I have been a loyal and frequent customer. Anyway, for what it's worth, I'm saddened to say I will never shop at that store again and I want everyone to be aware if they decide to purchase garments there. I just called to inquire about whether this store carried Benjamin Walk bridal shoes. A very rude woman hung up on me. I called again because I had checked with the Benjamin Walk website and they listed Ino's as a retailer. The same woman abruptly said, "don't have" and hung up before I could ask anything further. Amazing how rude a business owner can be to a potential customer. I have never experienced such rudeness for no reason. So glad I didn't drive all the way over there!!!!! read more

I ordered my maid of honor dress through Ino's in January and it did not arrive until APRIL a WEEK before the wedding! Terrible at communicating, ordering, and/or completing anything in a timely manner. They even told me they would make the time to do any alterations it would need, but when I went in to get the dress fitted/altered, they told me they didn't have the time...seriously, a HUGE waste of my time, HUGE waste of money. Next time I need a fancy dress, I will go to a legitimate retailer instead of this outdated, poorly organized store. It seems nice, the ladies that work there are nice, but there is some serious work that needs to be done...and offering me 10% off at a different alterations place is NOT going to change my mind about this place. We found 'the' dress, bought the dress, even though very poor customer service. Kathleen was very rude, and didn't deserve my sale. My step daughter said " I don't even want to talk to her." The woman didn't even pretend to be nice until my credit card was in her hand. Also, their website stated a sale that they were no longer running and when I asked about it she was so rude when she said that it ended last week, and literally waved me away, and started talking to about free shoes to my step daughter. When I persisted that it was on her website she said I'll tell him to take it down. I don't know who him is, but you should also tell "him" about false advertising and the BBB. This week they were giving away free $50 shoes and since they didn't have much in her size, color, and no flats she gave us $50 off. Thanks Kathleen, that's way better than the $110 25% would have taken off. In the end it's not about the money though, it's about how rude she was. You work retail for a living, probably on commission, can you be a little nicer to those paying your salary? They're only getting a 2 because they had 'the' dress. read more

I never really write reviews because if the service is bad i just don't go back but this was the worst service of my life. My friend just got engaged last Monday and was super excited to come to this store to look for a bridesmaid dress. We came in excited and asked to see bridesmaids dresses and the woman at the counter with a dismissive tone told the lady servicing us that they don't know if they are doing bridal anymore but we can go look over there as she pointed to a section. We didn't appreciate the tone but let it go. We tell her we are looking for a plum dress for 7 people. She takes us to a red dress,we say we like it, and ask does it come in plum. She responds NO (why show us a dress that doesn't come in the color we want.) So we think maybe we will see if this red dress comes in other sizes in case she changed her mind on the color. So she asked if she could see what other sizes the dresses comes in. The lady takes the dress off the rack and says "are you serious about this dress?" Meaning don't have her call if we aren't getting the dress right now. My friend told her she wasn't going to buy it today but she needed to see what sizes they offered. I said actually we can go. My friend told them they had horrible customer service and they really needed to work on that. After a few exchanges I told them if they wanted to hear how we felt they had bad service I would tell them. The lady then says "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET FOR YOU?" It is never ok to say that to a customer. But nevertheless I stayed to let them know their service was bad and how they ruined the first dress shopping experience for a potential customer and how they can improve. Me and my friend are BOTH business owners and there is no way our businesses would survive with that type of customer service. I wouldn't give this business a penny! read more
