After numerous days they instead choose to call me to say that the issue is a broken charging port despite the fact that I was already aware of this. The next day I get a call letting me know that they were unable to find replacement parts online and could not do anything about it. Despite not doing anything for me or my laptop they decided to charge $50 for the inspection which brought zero results, and when I explained this the guy simply wanted to say "well I have to pay my guys." That is not my problem and I will most likely be disputing this charge with my bank due to the fact that an inspection charge was never brought to my attention or made apparent beforehand.
