They are the only game in town so they exploit people with high prices. The website will say they have $175 ounces but when you get there they are always gone. Then they try to sell you 4 quarters for $240. Like I can't tell that you are trying to charge me $65 for 4 glass jars? Thieves. Then the attitude comes out because you won't accept their rip off tactics. Do not come here to work as the environment can be very hostile, especially between managers and staff. The days are frequently understaffed, leading to upset customers, and the lower employees are not cared about whatsoever. I have two of these to write because I've had two experiences here. First review goes out to Dan. I went a couple days ago and it was a great first experience. He was super nice and patient with me. Im always indecisive and he helped me pick some nice joints. He also knew the exact one that I was looking for which I didn't know the name of. What I also liked about him is that he knew how to cater to his client. Like he asked me questions that were suited to my level of knowledge. Most places I go I get belittled cause Im young, but he was on point. So naturally I was happy to go back...the same week haha Part two I went earlier today and had Mikayla (im so sorry if I spelt it wrong). She was the sweetest thing. I adored her so much. Super kind and personable. I only had $50 and I asked her to make the most out of that for me and she took the time to figure out the best deals for me. Warning to anyone from out of AZ, not the friendliest to outsiders, especially CA. Came here when I was 20, had a CA med card that they let me use twice with my mother present last year. Bought from them twice before the third time, when they took my ID and med card they immediately rejected me. A year and a few months later, now 21, I went with my friend who's 24, they let me in, didn't stop me at the front desk, the strawberry blonde lady who had been the one to reject me and kicked me out the last time didn't stop me at all this time. They let me in the back and I waited in line, eventually we went to the clerk at the desk who stopped me because of something on the computer. After 5 minutes of looking at it, he went and got someone else. That someone else was a supervisor or something, who then told me I was banned from the site. After they had let me through and the system up front didn't say anything. I asked if they needed me to leave or if I could stay with my friend as he bought stuff, which they said no so I left right away with no commotion. The supervisor told me the manager would be in on the weekend but I won't be back. What a horrible set of experiences with this place. My friend even said the clerk told him they were out of Seed and Strain pre-rolls, to which he just needed to look to his right to see the pre-rolls sitting there. In hindsight, the clerk was so stoned he had no idea what was going on. He couldn't even tell my friend if a pre-roll he was holding was Sativa or Indica or a hybrid. The clerk also had nothing to say about any strain when asked for some good ones or fruity flavored. His only comment was "I don't know man... I've smoked for so many years. I couldn't tell you the difference." Will not be returning. read more

This place is ok, but it's not like there is someplace else to go. PV dispensary is always out of what I'm looking for, and the Chino Valley dispensary is the worst dispensary I've ever been to. I don't really like the way some of the bud tenders talk down to me when I don't use the correct term for something, but most young people seem to be rude these days. I have had a couple of good bud tenders, but it's rare I show up when they are working. Overall they usually have what I need and I leave with a smile on my face read more

I'm relatively new to the MMJ community. SWC has been the best & friendliest dispensary I've visited. From the front check-in to the budtenders, everyone is so nice and helpful. The last time I was there Mike A. helped me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and never made me feel uncomfortable or stupid. I left feeling truly cared for and certainly happy with the choices I made. There is no tip jar at SWC. I was told it's actually frowned upon and unethical. The people at SWC are caring and helpful and I recommend them out of all the other quad city dispensaries. read more

This dispensary just doesn't seem to get IT. They aren't very knowledgeable or professional and the online menu is consistently wrong and not updated. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in to get something the online menu says they have and they almost always never do and then imply that it's my fault by suggesting I check online before coming. I then remind them every time that I indeed do check the menu prior and show them on my phone. and they are always then left with no answer and I leave with nothing and unsatisfied. read more

oct. 29th at 11;45 am my girlfriend and I are regular customers and have been using you for years now, but today for the first time we were offended by your security guard. I've never had a problem with any of your security before but I wonder if his attitude would be different if he didn't have a gun and a badge ,for whatever good a security badge is worth, some people you cannot give any kind of power in the slightest. your male KAREN of a security guard needs some lessons in dealing with the general public. Anyway we will turn around and go some place else for our purchases. We don't appreciate the way we were addressed and talked to us . we continue to see him there we will quit using you all together. Yeah maybe you can lose two customers sure, but there is an old saying in sales , a happy customer will tell ten people what a good experiance they had , but adispleased customer will tell 1000 people about there bad experiance, now with the internet you can tell 10000 100,000 , 1,000,000 people about your bad encounter, now times that by two. This place has the worst selection of cannabis I have ever been unfortunate enough to visit. Outrageously overpriced, the waiting room looks like a damn methadone clinic, the security guards can't be bothered to zip their pants up for some reason. I have been with SWC since they 1st opened. Lots of changes n then a corporate company came in n raised prices n took away discounts for Veterans, Seniors, Nutrition Asst. Etc. They want mire Money! They get Alot already, with Medicinals being in Demand. I use only a certain brand n their product. I wrote the company n told them what prices are being used n JACKED UP! I went back to my other facility to get the RIGHT PRICE, NOT JACKED UP! SWC JACKED the price up to be $15 to $20 dollars more then where I'm going back too. They were happy to see me! I got my discount on top of the discount they were offering n a FREE VAPE BATTERY. The company I love was visiting "Select" indidnt know...I was HOOKED UP! My price was $15 difference for one n $20 for the other...so I was able to spend $99 n got 3 vapes cause of their price. I would only be able to get 1 only if no discount at SWC n possible 2 if a discount! In my opinion Fucked Up! Not all.companies JACK UP PRICES, JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN! THEY HAVE HEARTS n COMPPASSION, UNDERSTANDING FOR THOSE ARE ARE IN NEED N HAVE FOUND A BETTER WAY! I will admit the Managers n Bud Tenders are quite Awesome. But so are the ones at the place I will frequent now. In 2020 my business closed n I ended up with some Major Medical Issues n no income for now. Donations given for Me to Live right now, till Resources start coming in. So I will not speak highly of SWC DISPENSARY like I use too, to Friends n Clients I teach Pain Management too. I really wanted to like this place, really I did. Great facility, staff is amazing and have a lot of knowledge. But every time I like something they done have it. There are Flower strains that come and go at this place. The only ones they keep in stock on a constant basis are the last thing anyone wants. Low THC, dry, brown , & did I mention very low THC. They always run out of the good edibles every couple of weeks. Why cant they keep things in stock? Everyone else can. I was burned on A Vaporizer deal there some time in the last year. Stupid me bought a second one a couple weeks ago from the big feels there & was very pleased with it. Guess what, they don't keep the refill cartridges in stock either. It is a store! Stock your shelves! I read how they apologize for being new & learning. That's BS! Its been over a year children. Step up to the plate! Ive spoken with who I think is the assistant manager (fonzy guy) and he gave me some inside info. What I gather is they have changed multiple managers since they opened a short time ago. That makes me wonder if the owners are horrible business men or if they are cunning and hire scape goats. Either way im done. Im gonna miss some of the other regulars I speak with & a couple of the employes. If we are lucky Prescott will eventually get a real home town dispensary. Completely and utterly disappointed with SWC Prescott. I've been a medical patient in Arizona since the law was passed and have been coming to SWC since they were "203 Organics". Seen them consistently go down the drain. Prices are trash and only get higher. Bud is always dry and low THC. Never have Indica concentrates. Decided I would stop wasting my time going in because they never have the medicine I need, and that I would call to see if they had it instead. THEY CANT EVEN ANSWER A PHONE. I sat for 55 minutes calling trying to get a hold of someone. Nothing, nada, not even a voice mail. Straight up trash. I'll only be back to get my points redeemed, then I WONT be returning, period. So I am just about over this place. The wait is always ridiculous. I am truly a medical marijuana user and Indica is the best for my issue, and the best for most medical marijuana uses, yet they are usually out of it. They seem to only stock the stuff that is just for getting high. The Mgmt is rude when to try to ask a question about why they never have Indica. I went here on Tuesday afternoon. This is my usual dispensary. You are met by a friendly face when you arrive. There is a large, comfortable waiting room with a TV. Your budtender calls you & then leads you to the register where patient information is discussed & purchases are made. The budtenders are very knowledgeable about the product & may make recommendations when asked. Pricing seems competitive. When I visit, the dispensary is well stocked. There is a restroom in the waiting room. Great business from the time you enter till you leave. read more
