At first, I wasn't really sure there was a lot of salt however when I went to go get in my car, I licked my lips and realized I tasted like salt so clearly I was wrong!! I love this place. I came by to try it out as a new customer for $15 and it was great. You get your own private room (the door is a curtain), you can choose the color light you prefer, which essential oils and the temperature. The staff sets it up for you and you can go into your own sauna and relax. I fell asleep here but I typically bring a book to read and it's just so nice. It has helped me sleep better at night, I recommend this place! read more

Ever since I left my gym that had a sauna in 2020, been missing the joy of extreme heat and sweat. So I decided to look for businesses in the area that had a sauna and stumbled upon this little gem in simi valley, not far off the 118. It's in a small strip mall next to carriage cafe. You go inside the business and are greeted by a lovely woman who provides you instructions and directs you to get some water, which is key for the sauna experience. there are 6 individual private sauna rooms that you can book. I got sauna #5 at 11am. I did the new customer special. Inside is a clock and the temperature. I had it at a max of 160 and it went from 137 to 160 over the course of my time in therez You are provided with towels and a place to sit and you can go in and out as needed if it gets too much. However it's beneficial to stay in there and experience all the benefits of an infrared sauna. Which you can read all about on their website. Once I was done I was drenched in sweat and felt great. I said thank you to the employee and went about my day. Would go back again if I wanted the experience again. read more

I was a customer service supervisor and I am very diligent about shouting out great customer service AND poor customer service. Unfortunately this place showed me both. MIKALA--- 5 stars! Super friendly, timely responses, knowledgeable, and had a desire to have full integrity. Andrea--- the OWNER on the other hand? Zero stars. Very curt, dismissive, and lacked integrity between what was communicated to me in writing (which I would venture to guess is legally binding) and what the outcome of the situation was. 1. She indicated something based on a particular time frame in her email- then didn't honor it 2. She told me she replied to my email and did not 3. I called to have verbal dialog and was hung up on in the middle of me asking a question to clarify the situation 4. When I called back and let her know we got disconnected she said she didn't hear me asking a question though she had heard every word prior to the question 5. Then when asked another question told me she could not and would not explain the discrepancy between what was written & what was now not being followed. No warmth, no professionalism, no empathy, but mostly no INTEGRITY. On top of that--- I would have been a FIRST time customer so she not only turned down business, but with what I was intending to purchase, clearly missed out on repeat business. Interesting choice as a business owner. Bottom line, if you're cool with supporting businesses regardless of ownership and how poorly customers are treated when attempting to have mature friendly and professional communication--- this place is for you. However if you, like me, believe that the way customers are treated is as important if not more important than just getting a decent product or service- then you may do better to steer clear of Sweat Haven in Simi Valley. Especially when all of my communications were friendly and very discreet. I gave her no reason to be treated this way. I was an excited friendly and willing POTENTIAL FIRST TIME CUSTOMER willing to spend way more than the bare minimum and due to being treated extremely dismissively, highly unprofessionally, and fully lacking in integrity by the OWNER, Andrea, I will not give this place one cent of my business. (Unless I find out one day Mikala took over) But I am praising God for protecting me from spending my gifted money at such a place. ‍ I pray that love finds Andrea and fills her in such a way that treating any other human being this way would never even cross her mind ever again in life. Because Lord knows if she did it to me, I'm not the only one. But who knows maybe she was having the absolute WORST day of her life--- if so, Andrea I truly pray that the rest of your day is better. I pray that you will be filled with peace love and joy. Jesus loves you. (You too Mikala :-) And despite how I was personally treated I hope nothing but the best for Andrea & the well being of her business. But I can't in integrity recommend this place to anyone. what's not to love about your own private sauna room. Been coming here for a few months now. I have a gym membership and they have a sauna but the heat is almost unbearable and always crowded. My husband and I bumped into to this fantastic gem of a place while out to lunch nearby. We were greeted with a smile, educated about the services offered and we came back the same afternoon for a 35 minute sauna session. I previously preferred a steam sauna however, this place absolutely converted me! Upon walking in, the place is clean and pleasantly fragrant. Prior to going in you're offered water, lemon or tea tree cooling towel & your preference of essential oils to breathe in inside your own personal sauna. I chose the lemon cooling towel and eucalyptus oil. Inside the room, you have 2 large towels and a complimentary micellar make up wipes. The first time, I opted for the beginner temperature of 150 and the 2 other times we've been there, I've gone up to the 160. Inside each personal sauna, you have 2 infrared light that you can move around to target any body part you prefer. You can opt to put the wooden back extension underneath so you can lay down like me or sit upright. The BEST part for me would be the 2 speakers inside the sauna that played the most relaxing ethereal music. I don't really have any ailments that I'm particularly trying the sauna for but the absolute relaxing effect that I experienced was addicting and super welcomed. This is great for someone like me who's always thinking about work. Everywhere you look in this establishment just makes you breathe in life a lot better. I sleep so much better after a good session and my back aches seem to be giving me relief too. Just went 2 nights in a row this week while it's cold outside and it's amazing. Plenty of parking and I love how I'm supporting a small business in our community that totally deserves this 5 stars! This place is definitely going to be shared to all my friends and family! I was so excited to find this infrared sauna spa so close to where I live. I completed my application, payment, and booking all online-making everything very simple. When I entered, it's so clean and welcoming. You're offered water and you're able to choose an essential oil of your choice. There's a chart on the wall that tells you benefits of each. The sessions are 40 minutes and it went by fairly quickly. You can choose which color you'd like your room to be. There's an abundance of fresh towels and even a cold wipe to use when you get out. I love going to Sweat Haven! I had seen their Instagram ads and eventually made my way over, and loved it. We have been thinking about getting a sauna in our yard for a long time but it's cost prohibitive, and going to Sweat Haven is a great solution instead. They have the top-of-the-line Sunlighten saunas, and the whole establishment is very clean and well kept. For each session you can pick out an essential oil for the sauna, choose your mood lighting, and choose your temperature. They even give you an iced face towel to use each session, which feels lovely after the sauna. I'd highly recommend - I always feel physically better after a sauna session. My only recommendation would be to add cold plunges! That way you can alternate back and forth between cold plunge and sauna to do a hot/cold session - that would be the best! read more

So lucky to have this great place locally...an edge to getting healthier. I always look forward to going and I feel so good after; a great assist to better sleep as well. It's a good size studio that's quiet, and private, with clean towels provided. They are individual sauna's for you to relax in. It's less wet and messy than a normal old school sauna, and not quite as hot because with Infrared the heat is penetrating deeper into you.
