Came in this place feeling very nervous, a fear of not succeeding was almost a deterrent. I walked in just to talk the owner Brandon and he was so informative and helpful during our consult. He wasn't annoyed or in hast while we talked as he signed me up. Day two, here comes the nerves again my first class.... I walk in and I'm greeted by Diane who was very open to getting know my background and goals. Then we got right to it ! The work out was challenging and never dull. She also informs you on what her exercise will target. By the end of that class my legs will jello and my booty was feeling tight and right. I just moved to Vegas from the Bay Area and it was hard to find someone who could not only help me achieve my goals but also fix my back injury. I've been going to Sweatzone since July and I have never been happier with my fitness routine. Brandon and Trey are great trainers. They always bring a lot of enthusiasm, energy and fun to the workouts. Trey is very flexible with his scheduling to accommodate our busy schedules and make sure we get our workouts in throughout the week. Sweatzone has a few different price points depending on the service you want. Classes, partner training and private training are available. Although it is more expensive than your standard gym, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Partner training is my favorite, providing a great 50 minute workout with a small group of no more than 6 people. This allows for them to really focus on making sure you're getting the most out of your workout and doing everything correctly. Brandon also provides you with a meal and supplement plan. The guys are always just a text away if you have any questions. They both have made fitness a major part of my life and I can't imagine ever not being a part of SweatZone! So far, I've lost 5 lbs and several inches around my body, and I'm not the most strict when it comes to dieting. I have definitely struggled over the years with fitness and haven't really found something that got me to get up every morning and actually go. This is the first place that I am excited every morning to get up and go to class. It's a very welcoming environment with great energy and a place to really grow and reach your fitness goals. When I first started I had a slight back injury and both Brandon and Trey were very attentive to my injury and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Brandon is great! He doesn't expect everyone to be on the same fitness level and works with everyone one on one to help you reach your goals. I was previously at trufusion and fed up with being crammed in an overfilled room. That is definitely not the case at sweatzone. They monitor the sizes of their classes so they can give everyone the one on one training attention. I don't think I've ever been in a class with more than 6 people in it, it's basically personal training. Love this place! read more
