Shower with no towel hook, no curtain for privacy, and nowhere to put your own shower products except the floor.
Sheena G.

The gym has good equipment and is pretty clean, so if you're there to lift heavy things then you should be fine. Most machines there's only 1 of which can be an issue during their busy hours waiting for the only machine to become available. Dumbbells go up to a mulch higher weight than most other gyms, so that is a plus for those that have outgrown the commercial gyms dumbbells. The move to the new building has been a nice improvement. Unfortunately moving to the new location has made them get rid of some of the more popular equipment because it doesn't fit in their new space. And while they offer some of the things members have been asking for now, like a water fountain, some things just simply didn't deliver. There is no posing room and was told there is no intention for one despite there being 2 offices not being used for much other than storage. The trainers lounge is right in the middle of the gym and it makes the gym smell like food when they take a break to eat which is distracting. The bathroom is clean, but the smaller of the 2 women's stalls is really compact, only about 6-8" of room from the door swinging in to the toilet. Makes it difficult to get in and out if you have a gym bag and not recommended if you have claustrophobia. Luckily there's the ADA stall, which I am pretty sure is the only one being used. There is a locker area, but no bench to sit, and no privacy if you are changing. There is also a shower, but nowhere to hang a towel or even set your soap. Soap is not provided for the shower. All in all, if you can avoid the drama it's a good gym with serious equipment. However, the owner (not Stan, he is lovely) does not care about customer relations and also doesn't see a need to keep his existing customers. Doesn't care if you have been a member for years, because someone new will come in and replace you when you leave. He talks poorly and unprofessionally about past employees with the gym members and has had outbursts with past trainers on the floor in front of customers. Does not care to be professional and wonders why people have formed an opinion about him from witnessing these outbursts. Also, they gave away free t-shirts for good reviews take that as you want when reading other reviews.

Well-equipped gym with 24/7/365 member-access. It feels like a smaller private gym instead of the overcrowded commercial gyms.

The best private gym in Vegas! The staff, front desk (Brittney) & owner were super nice & welcoming! The gym is super clean, big open space & the machines are amazing! Get a day pass & try it out!

Excellent equipment. Extremely knowledgeable staff and they even have a session for kids. I take my son every week and he loves it. Do yourself and your family a favor and get over to Sin City Iron.

I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15…read more(it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

She worked everyone out to their limit, with grace for people to drink water, take a break or make adjustments. She did a great job explaining and demoing all the cycles. But honestly, I have been waiting for changes here but it has not changed. For one thing are the broken treadmills!!! I'd give one star if I could. They just keep patching them with black tape like it's a broken G.I. Joe toy. Part of one of their classes like the REP utilizes the treadmill. If you are sprinting and running on it for like how many classes they offer a day, of course they will wear and tear so quickly! Like 3 or 4 of them don't even fricking incline anymore and one of them have like labels on it that says not to incline. It looks tacky AF! Like why am I paying a monthly more than some people that are offered lower monthly rate, when you guys can't even get new machines to replace these broken ass treadmills. The floors are dirty and found a gob of hair at one point. Not sure if they are vacuuming the Rep room after each use. I refuseeeeeeee to lay on the ground when we have to. I don't want to play...is the ground clean today or is it dirty. Maybe have bigger mats available for people; not the little tiny knee mats if floors are not maintained . The last thing I dislike being a member more lately is how full the classes are. Like I thought there is a cap to each classes, why are there more people allotted to the class?? When every spot is taken, why is there extra people that are around when there is no spot left? This baffles me. Like it's already crowded sometimes, and there's more people added? Like you go for heavier weights and you can't because the extra people are using it. It doesn't help when they also have their promotions; then you really have to book your class a week in advance because the classes get so full a sudden. It's like why pay membership for unlimited if it's always full. Last rant I have is the icing on the cake. I get an email from a staff member saying that this was their 3rd attempt to supposedly reach out to me about my updating my credit card when I missed 2 payments and that she would have to suspend my membership and cancel all my classes until I paid and updated my card. Okay welll first of all, I have been coming 2-3x a week from January and not once did I get an email, phone call, or a reminder from front desk about updating my card information. NOT ONCE. But she claims they attempted and this is supposedly the "3rd time". You're delusional. I know I should have updated it once I cancelled my card in Januarybut I completely forget to let them know since Im a busy person saving lives in NV. Well if you needed it- it's your staff's duty to also let me know especially when they check us in. Also, there was a better approach to this like for example- calling me anytime from January to now! Duh. But I never got a call, email, or staff tell me. This was just poor communication and service especially when I'm a regular! If it wasn't for the 5am class offering, I'm so close to just saying bye to this gym but I'm really trying to give this place a chance to hopefully be better. . There many improvements that can be made here. Hopefully you guys take notes and get new machines.

A lot of places made me feel judged, out of place, or too intimidated to ask questions. I was always the guy dressed in all black, headphones on, head down, trying not to be noticed while just surviving the workout and leaving. But somehow, in only a month, FitClub completely changed that for me. Ryan, Jessie, Felipe (my amazing trainer), Jacob... thank you. Seriously. You guys created an environment that feels human. Real. Supportive. I've gone from hiding in the corner to actually laughing, having conversations, showing up in bright colors, and feeling like I belong there. That may sound small to some people, but for someone like me, it's honestly a huge deal. People underestimate how powerful a gym environment can be. A good gym doesn't just change your body. It changes the way you see yourself. And for the first time in a long time, I'm starting to feel confident walking into a space instead of ashamed. FitClub isn't just a gym to me anymore. It feels like a family. And I'm genuinely grateful to be a part of this valuable environment. One month down. Many more to go.

I've tried everything, from budget gyms to high-end health clubs, but this place stands out as my top choice. Dragon's Lair is a straightforward, hardcore gym for serious bodybuilders who want real results. They have every machine, free weight, and piece of equipment you could need. I've been to many gyms, but here, the atmosphere and other members really motivate you to work hard. In just six weeks, I've completely changed my workouts and already see big improvements. This gym doesn't have hot tubs, jacuzzis, pools, or showers. You come here to train with other dedicated bodybuilders, then head out when you're done. That kind of comment isn't motivating. It's not funny. And it's definitely not professional. I'm aware I'm out of shape & im working on that currently. It's exactly the type of behavior that makes people hesitant to walk into gyms in the first place. Not everyone enters a gym confident. Some people are just trying to take the first step toward bettering themselves, and comments like that remind them why they were nervous to begin with. I'm currently training at FitClub gym, where the environment is respectful, focused, and built on encouraging people, not sizing them up the second they walk in. That difference matters. If your goal as a business is to build a strong community, it starts with how you treat people the moment they walk through the door. You never know where someone is in their journey. A little respect goes a long way. Hopefully this is taken as a reminder that how you speak to people, especially in a space meant for growth, actually matters.
