If you haven't tried it, stop wasting time and join! Everyday is a new workout and it gets super addictive. It's more than a gym, it's a community. The staff is always attentive and friendly and most importantly, helpful with fixing and showing the correct form. This is super important to have in a gym. Love coming and love F45!

Alright, all jokes aside, I love this place. I'll start off by saying that I've tried pretty much all fitness franchises and most boutique studios in Miami; from Barry's and Sweat440 to SoulCycle and SolidCore and nothing compared to this (I'm also NOT a fan of crossfit and I am a yogini). Besides the adventure and surprise of a different workout everyday, they have truly cultivated an AWESOME TEAM and ambiance here. I LOVE how thoughtful, encouraging and dedicated they are (they also keep a close eye on everyone to make sure you're 1)doing the movements properly in good form and 2)pushing yourself). My favs are Kim, Phil and Eddie - they're so fun, funny, super nice and super fit. They're encouraging, really push you but are NOT overbearing and annoying which a balance that's soooo hard to find in the fitness/boutique studio world. Overall 10/10, such a fun, kickass work out - it feels like adult recess. PS. They actually take covid precautions here which is the cherry on top!!! They really care about you and and your health.

They did their best to make sure everyone felt comfortable and they also slowed down movements so that new students could learn. The studio is very clean and well kept, even the HITT room is clean. The pilates machines seem new or extremely well kept. There is a little cubby inside the room where you can put your stuff and feel secure. Socks are a must on the pilates machines and I really appreciate that. Its super relaxing in the pilates room because the lights are low and there are accent lights on the wall. The room is on the cooler side but that's fine because once you start moving you don't even notice. The only thing I will say is that parking is a little hard there at peak times. Other than that I highly recommend checking this studio out!

It makes such a difference to work out in a beautiful & clean space - I'm actually excited on my pilates days to be able to go to the gym! They offer pilates socks for $13 in case you forget your pair as it is mandatory for reformer pilates to wear anti-slip socks. I cannot stress enough how clean and beautiful everything here is. I was so happy with my 2-week trial I signed up for one of the monthly packages. I highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to try pilates or their HIIT classes!

I never thought I would leave a negative review, but this experience definitely deserves one…read more I signed up about a month and a half ago and had no issues until this past week. During a typical workout, I was exercising alone at what turned out to be a double station. When I finished, I realized it was a shared setup. I assumed the next person would simply use the other side so I could complete my final exercise. Instead, a woman approached me in a very aggressive tone and demanded that I move so she could use the station I was on. I calmly explained that I only needed one more exercise and then the machine would be all hers. She refused and began calling me names, repeatedly saying, "You're always a bitch," while calling the trainer, Karen, over for backup. I stayed where I was because I had done nothing wrong. The woman eventually moved to the other station, but she aggressively pushed the machine in anger. I then explained to Karen that this behavior was completely out of line and that there was no reason for me to be disrespected or spoken to in such a hostile way. Unfortunately, Karen minimized the situation, saying it wasn't a big deal and that she didn't want this happening in her class. She suggested we just move on. I felt the situation was being brushed aside, possibly because she has known the other two women longer than she has known me. During my conversation with Karen, the other woman's workout partner, Tania, approached and began insulting me. I told her I was not speaking to her, and she responded, "You don't know me, you need to be careful." I perceived that as a threat. At that point, I informed Karen that I would be filing a police report. Again, she minimized the situation and told me not to do it onsite, adding, "I'm not your parent, I can't tell you what to do." When someone makes statements like that during an argument, it should not be taken lightly. As staff, Karen should have handled the situation professionally instead of dismissing it. The police came, and I filed a report. One of the women later told Karen she felt sorry for ruining her pre-Valentine's Day. Perhaps next time she should manage her anger better. The other woman stated she was a paralegal and "knows the law" as I was leaving, which felt unnecessary and intimidating. After speaking with a few friends who previously attended this gym, I felt leaving this review was important so management can improve how situations like this are handled. Later that afternoon, Karen called to inform me that my membership was being terminated because things "got out of line." I do wonder whether the other two members' accounts were also terminated. I proceed to explain this lady insulted me and called me "bitch" which Karen said is not a big deal when someone calls you that you move on. I am sorry what? I left a message for the manager, Payton, whom I met when I signed up, but I have not received a response yet but I was able to speak to wife about the situation briefly and she assure me he will get back to me. Again still no response from Payton. Based on this experience, this gym will not be getting my money again, and unfortunately, this is the review they earned.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and I didn't overwhelmed, but I felt supported. Carlos did a great job being observant enough to correct me when only God knows what in the world I was doing. lol! It was a really nice spot and I loved the fact that they offer a one week trial before you commit. The smoothie and snack bar was a nice treat at the end. Everything is just so well thought out. The videos are super clear and actually enjoyable to watch, which makes it really easy to follow along without feeling lost. The machines are incredibly ergonomic and really target your glutes and lower body in a way that makes it almost effortless to keep proper form. It honestly feels like everything is tailored to your body. I also love the structure, having two people per station and the ability to reserve your spot every 10 minutes keeps things flowing and never overcrowded. Time flies when you're there. The coaches are amazing. I've tried several of them already, and they all strike the perfect balance between guiding your form and giving you the space to do your thing. As someone who doesn't enjoy big, traditional gyms, I can honestly say I'm so happy I joined. I'm genuinely impressed and actually look forward to my workouts here. The classes are difficult but only as challenging as you make it because it's strength training -- if you're not in the mood one day, you can push yourself a little less. There are 5 stations and then a bonus optional station. There are videos sent to your app before the class as well as screen instructions during the class and a floor coach to help you through the exercises. It's a great way of learning how to do new exercises in a gym if you're new to weight lifting. I was scared of a lot of gym equipment and now I feel like I could workout in the gym on my own thanks to the techniques I learned at glutehouse Everything is top of the line and the gym itself is really beautiful. There are so many little touches to make it cute and peach-y :) My only complaint is that you can only do it 2 times a week so even if you get a membership, you need to supplement with other workouts. I personally like doing cardio on my off days but it's definitely pricy as a gym if you have to do a lot separately outside of the classes

I arrived about five minutes late to class and realized there was an issue with my ClassPass booking. I completely understood the situation and even offered to pay on the spot or after class since there was still space available. What was unacceptable was how it was handled. I was asked to leave in a very dismissive and public way, with the instructor opening the door and signaling for me to get out in front of the entire class. It felt degrading and completely unnecessary. This wasn't about policy-I respect policies. It was about the way a paying, returning client was treated. I also followed up via email and never received a response, which only adds to the disappointment. There is a way to enforce rules while still treating people with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
