Horrible!!!! This is a review of the Richardson office of Sweeney & Associates, not of the doctor specifically. I have been to two appointments recently for a possible cornea surgery. Most of the staff seems engaged, but understaffed. My first appointment from the appt time to me leaving the office was two hours. I thought that service was very bad. Don't worry, they continued to DISAPPOINT with the next appointment being 2 hours and 45 minutes. Their patients NEED to start billing these A** holes for their lost time. You clipped me for two co-pays. Enjoy it because you scum will never another DOLLAR of MY HARD EARNED MONEY. read more

I have been a patient here for a few years. The last two visits for my annual were terrible! 3 hours last year an hour and 45 this. They had so many people waiting they ran out of room starting moving people to the back waiting. I'm am DONE. And they can't seem to get my new rx for glasses to me. ??? Ask when I left and have since called. Said they would e mail. Maybe they should consider a practice manager. Seems like they don't have one. Sorry , use to love this practice. read more

Was referred to Dr Hardee and so glad I was, easy to make appointments. Front office staff efficient and so nice. The facility was so pleasant. Blakey did my work up in the room she was so polite, and nice. Dr Hardee is a great listener and takes an approach to patient care with knowledge and experience. My favorite part of the visit was his comment, " if these were my eyes". He then share the treatment plan and when completed with exam looked me in the eyes and asked if I had any questions. I did not feel rushed even though there was a full waiting room. His assistant Ally was very professional, she made sure I understood next steps and had a great reassuring smile while exam going on. I had to change my ophthalmologist because I moved last year. A friend recommended Sweeney Eye associates. The associate who performed the refraction asked me several questions after performing the refraction. No one has ever done that! While the doctor was examining my eyes, she dictated what she saw to an assistant who entered it into the computer. My experience has been that the doctor would examine my eyes and then enter the results into the computer herself after the exam. The entire process at Sweeny Eye Associates was much more thorough. I highly recommend this practice. read more

Make an appointment for Monday at 10:45AM. New patient. Walked in & 8 people waiting. I waited 10 minutes & got up & told them I'll reschedule. Her reply was "Sorry, we are swamped." NEVER got a call to apologize. NOTHING!!!!!!!! Never going back. read more

I was considering the care of Sweeney Eye Associates as we are new to the area and my husband has a family history of glaucoma. When I called to make an appointment, the receiving staff was extremely impatient and unfriendly. Rude staff is never an inviting or caring environment. We will not be further considering. read more

i have had a great experience being treated by Dr. Sweeney and Dr. Haarde. I went in with a difficult case for cataract with previous RK history. Dr Sweeney performed the LAL lens implants and Dr Haarde completed the adjustments for optimal vision. Dr Haarde was methodical, compassionate, careful and effective. I also like the staff that cheerfully welcomed me. read more

Dr. R LYNN EHRHARDT is the best. She was very thorough and let me know all what was going on with my eyesight as well as what I need to do to keep any additional issues from occurring. No clue what the term "appointment" means. Didn't matter if we went to the Sunnyvale location or Richardson - these people simple csnt schedule and hold to it. 1145am appointment and finally met the Dr at 120pm - over an hour and a half beyond appointment time. For fucks sake, people - adjust your appointment times to accommodate your grievously poor Dr's ability to fulfill those times.... It's not rocket science read more

"Appointment" means nothing - you could set up as early as 08:00 for example, the getting seen part is a another story. There is a slim chance you will get out of the office and get seen on time. Long long wait time, just stop taking too many patients and have them wait in your rooms - it's annoying. It should not take this long to get seen. read more

They might be fine doctors but their customer service is awful. My appointment was at 12:45. I took the day off and got there about 5 minutes early. There were several people waiting and they got called in, all good so far. But then people who came after me and had appointments at 1 and 1:15 and 1:30 got called in ahead of me. After the 3rd or 4th time this happened I told them that I would not trust a place with my eyes that couldn't get me in for over an hour after my appointment time. No apology, no respect. I'll be completely honest.. I forgot the name of the doctor I went to see, but I was referred to them by my eye doctor because of potential retina damage & possible glaucoma. The ENTIRE staff was very helpful! Lynette was great at explaining things to me & everyone was patient & willing to answer any questions I had. Their equipment is very state of the art. Dr Lynn Ehrhardt and her staff were very knowledgeable. The decor and equipment is brand new and very high tech. First time ever in my life I did not have to be dilated - it was due to the newest equipment there on site. The people at the front desk were very helpful getting our paper work and appointment all set up ahead of time. It made the check in and seeing the doctor on time flawless. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks out on a Monday. Scheduling went well and seemed easy. The Friday afternoon before my appointment a nice lady from the office called and said they needed to reschedule, no problem things happen. The earliest appointment was about 2 more weeks. I show up to my appointment about 15 minutes early, as requested, and noticed the waiting room was full. I checked in and sat down. As I was filling out my paperwork the guy next to me went to the window and said he had been waiting for over an hour and how much longer, he was told he was next (he was called back about 10-15 minutes later). I took my paperwork back and asked the young lady how far behind they were and if I should reschedule. She said they were running 30 minutes behind and if that was too long I could reschedule. I told her I could work with 30 minutes as long as it was not any longer. Well at 12:40 (my appointment was at 12) I went to the window and told her I needed to cancel my appointment and could not wait any longer. As I was leaving I overheard one lady say she had been waiting over an hour as well. I understand that things happen but why not be up front with someone and respect their time. read more

Just a super office staff, talented and helpful Dr. Lippas. I switched to a woman who was nearer my house and I realized that I'd rather drive 10 miles that be ripped off by someone closer. Dr. Lippas is the best. read more

Dr hardee is very good ! Very understanding and will answer all your questions! He is super nice and to the point!

Pro: Nice location; good doctor. Con: if you want to spend 45 minutes waiting in the lobby and an extra 30 minutes waiting in the room while the doctor jumps from room to room to see 4 different patients at the same time, then this practice is for you. read more

Please reconsider going to this location. The service is horrible! The reason i went to this place was because i was having double vision , blurry vision and lost of eye control. After the first visit, i was scheduled 2 additional visits. In order to make the additional visit i just needed a simple note from the clinic. After giving me the run around for a week sent me back a blank form. So i called them and spoke to BRANDY. And all she did was fuss at me like i was her child!!!!!!
