The lady in the front desk was super rude and had an unprofessional attitude towards my family and me. As we waited in the waiting room, my name was called and I wanted my family to come with me. The nurse said, "No one is allowed to accompany him." The nurse was very rude and had a chip on her shoulder. By Florida law, one can bring in a family member to accompany them to a medical room. To not bring up tension, I listened to the mean nurse. My rights were violated and I was so uncomfortable with the walk-in medical appointment. Please, do not come to Sunshine Urgent Walk-in Clinic.
